For the price, worth a shot even though I have the updated BJB.

This is bordeline hilarious? S&B , OCDPlug, who’s next of the bigger names to print yet another similar piece of plastic?

Where the fuck were they for the last 6-8 years? Nobody thought of this simple idea before this?

Yet when Ford comes out with their solution in 2027 and all of the sudden the market gets flooded at the same time with cheaper alternatives. And NONE, so far , including Ford’s own, take care of the problem 100%.

Not to be negative since apparently I've been called Ford Karen in another thread (not sure where that came from, I have only talked to management on Rams for work) but I am confused why the fusebox is such an issue? My Chevy and Ram had fuse boxes next to the battery like the Ford with no issues? Should we just be upgrading the seals?

I do have the guard on order, but I will have to move my rear winch solenoid for it, but I'm just curious.

Allegedly something to do with airflow under the hood blowing water upward at the BJB causing ingress.

I hate to ask this but is BJB the breaker junction box?

And second question, if that's the concern, should we be trying to force the water closer to the fire wall as opposed to just not on the fusebox? And secondly, doesn't water come in through the grill (hopefully based on the air intake) and will pound the fuse box regardless? So wouldn't a more water proof box be better then routing rain? I don't know, I am not arguing. Clearly Ford added the diverter so they think it helps.

Battery junction box. Hard to say whether sealing it up would help without knowing exactly where the water is getting in. I haven’t opened mine up to look for signs of water entry yet.

Thank-you. I had no idea. Battery junction box makes sense too. I still wonder why it's so susceptible to rain damage. But I'll watch the thread and install the diverter.

appears to me it's a damaged &/or improper installation issue

the drain control fix is inadequate especially for $200+

just make sure it is in place properly & not cracked

Orders up to #1062 have shipped.
any chance there will be a version of this with a 1/2" dia Spout on the bottom and an 18" hose to go well past the Fuse box?

I’m certainly open to it and I don’t think it would be very difficult. I’ll work on the model.

Early in 2020 ford had problems with fuse box corrosion. They updated the part to one with a grey lid that is supposed to seal better. This was a problem for a few years on early build trucks. I haven’t heard if these issues in 23 plus trucks as they have a different fuse box. But there must be a problem for ford to design and install that rain diverter on 27 plus trucks.

You got it! Do you want it regular size or chicken nugget size?
Chicken nugget size please! If you can print a mini version let me know what I owe you. It only rains 5 days in a year here so I'll just need something to catch a couple drops. Thank you!
