Tremors in action

Took my nephew out for his first day of bird hunting. Best use of the truck so far!

Here are a few post-action shots of Clifford🟥 after splashing around in the mud and snow in northern Arizona.

I just noticed you asked a question embedded in the quote from my reply.

I do not have the measurements of the factory bumper, since it is gone. However, if I measure from the lowest part of the plastic front grille below the Ford Oval, the bumper itself sticks out 2.25" at the furthest point. The "D" ring attachments on the front of the bumper stick out another 2" for a total of 4.25" in front of the grille. (Note: it is possible, they will build the bumper without the D ring attachments, but I never asked)

Subtract how far your factory bumper sticks out from your grille to come up with the difference.

When making my choice, I wanted the smallest bumper with least amount of front poke to hold the 40" curved light bar from BD. I also wanted a 10" amber BD light bar under the lower grille and two BD Squadron Sport amber lights in the side grilles for foggy conditions. The workmanship, welding and paint on the ADD bumper is superb and the packing was excellent. It arrived in perfect condition, even though it came during the holiday shipping rush of 2020 and the box was beat up.

Here are a couple more pictures of the bumper from the side showing the 2" D ring attachments and the amber lights I added in the grille openings:

This is the most interesting aftermarket bumper i’ve seen yet for our SDs.

Yes, I agree. After 1.5 years, it still looks great fit and finish wise, and I have yet to see one I like better.

Current River in Missouri with my brother in law's family. My ideal vacation.
