I got the peakdo suction cup mount which clears the sunroof cover perfectly. I’m just wondering do you guys have it mounted on the back stationary panel or on the front panel that moves? If on the back one, the sunroof opening will hit it. Thoughts?

Wonder if it would work to put it on the back window or would the angle keep it from picking up (I’m sure it would block it depending on direction you’re going).

I also got the peakdo link power 1. Would I be able to just keep that on there and when I turn off my vehicle it powers the starlink for a few more hours after? Then I can also just run a usb-c wire to my 100a adapter in the console accessory plug.

Just curious on what everyone else is doing.

Stationary glass. The front glass will it.

I also routed my power cable to the rear passenger corner, down the wall (under trim) behind back seat, under rear door trim and out under the passenger front seat, over to the 110 outlet.

Same but I did the cable on the driver side.

Here is a curve ball or at least I don't feel confident enough to make a choice.

Okay, I get it the roller shade works, but...

@Optimus

You are a friendly fella, wanted to see what your thoughts are on this.

I'mma go broken English on that question LoL

I am going that same route on the moonroof rather than mount on top of the 3rd brake light which is cool but not my cup of tea, I got ladder racks for work and load and unload materials frequently.

My biggest concern is being able to open the front sliding panel, not just pop it up but sliding it all the way to the back up here in Maine I have enough nice days to wanna roll down all windows and open the moonroof all the way.

Also suction cup route is very appealing. As I can take the SM if I travel somewhere not with the truck.
After some research I saw something clever on youtube.
A guy used a fast charging power-bank from Ugreen? just shy of 100Wh, so he can still take it on a plane with no hassle and would support power for 2+ hours to the SM

He had power from the truck charging the bank and the bank powering the SM this way there was never disruptions on grocery run or brown out when he starts the truck etc. or even if it was a longer stop.

So all I trully want to know is if the front slider panel will open all the way 🙃
