Talk me out of buying a diesel ?

My ears are in pretty bad shape due to a lifetime of abuse. Drive under an overpass with the sunroof and rear slider open. You’ll hear it loud and clear. (If no sunroof open windows might work, but they introduce a lot of wind noise too.)

I always have my windows down and rear slider open in warm weather (don’t use ac) I don’t hear anything from the turbo not that I care it’s a stock truck I don’t expect it to sound like my built compound turbo 5.9 making 80psi boost going through a straight 5” lol, would be nice to delete it and open everything up but not worth it to me

Have basic problems listening for trubo

• 20+years flying UHIH,OH6', and CH47''s and assorted piston pounders
• Tremor has no sun roof
• SmartCap installed - open rear slide has zero affect
• Wife is not interested in road noise
