I need to order tires in next week or so. I need to see 38x11.5 on these trucks to help me decide 38x11.5 or 37x12.5.

(Truck will have zone lift installed whenever I get my life together lol).

Thanks in advance

@Apples has the only set I've seen. Nittos IIRC and they are load range D (E not available in that size).
Those are the only 38x11.5x18 I am aware of.
Good looking tire, fitment is good.

I thought @Apples had 37x11.5 on his… maybe I was looking at older posts. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Correct. 37 X 11.5 X 17 Nitto Recon Grappler. I had wanted the 38" on my factory Tremor wheel, then got nervous about the result in effective final drive gearing.

Wouldn't be a problem w/ a Powerstroke but I have a Godzilla and wanted to keep as much of the short axle ratio as I could, so, 37" it was.

As for the move to a 17" wheel, that was because I did not want to use the Ridge Grappler (37 X 11.5 X 18) and the only other 37 X 11.5 was another Nitto, the Recon Grappler, and that was only available as a 17".

Whether or not tire companies produce more 11.5" section width 37s or 38s remain to be seen. A 40"+ tire at 11.5 may not meet load capacity requirements, but a 40 X 12.5 looks proportionately pretty narrow (if "they" even make one).

That feller's name is Crumm, and he's in Alaska. The cellphone photo taken using such a wide angle lens distorts the tire proportion. I'll betcha that truck and tire looks pretty sweet in person.

Last time I looked he hadn't updated us w/ any new info regarding any tire rub if and when the axles were crossed up and when steering was at full lock one way or the other... another reason I went 37s and in Moab three weeks ago that decision paid off w/ a great truck, no trail damage and capability far beyond what I'd hoped. We encountered a bit of gnarl from some of the obstacles we drove through. A factory stock! Tremor does surprisingly well, too, on the trails we travelled but some aftermarket reverse lighting attached to the ends of the Super Duty rear receiver hitch frame got bent. I don't have any of that so I was spared, save for a "that'll buff out" scratch high up on the passenger side of my truck from a big, old Juniper.

Thanks so much for your input. I appreciate it. 38s on OEM tremor Id be worried about issues when going down hunting trails and things and the dips/ditches to get off the road and into them without causing some damage during flex. However with the zone lift in my garage the should net me 3.5-4” of lift I don’t think that would be issue.

On other hand I worry if I go 37s then post lift will I feel the 37s are not filling out the wheel well as much and wish I went 38s. (I realize the 1” total is minuscule, even .5” on each side of wheel that makes up that 1”).

Age old dilemma. Go big vs more readily available size (37x11.5 or even 37x12.5)

Honestly, if I could find a decent pizza cutter for a stock 18" rim (in E), I would do it. I've got MT Baja Boss in 35" now. Great tire, but heavy and some extra rolling resistance. I wouldn't want to also add the burden of 37" to that.
That said, Moab showed why you absolutely want a tough tire. 3 ply sidewalls are a must in my mind now. YMMV

I getcha. Go look at the first photo in Post#6 again. IMHO, that's a near-perfect diameter for our truck's wheel arch. Cheers!
