Wow! If I’d have known i could have a new lower seat cushion and cover for 200 bucks I would’ve done this a long time ago.
Thanks for doing this. I just figured since mirrors were 1800 a piece and headlights were 1600 a piece then leather seat parts would be pricey as well.
I’ll be placing my order tomorrow!

@911Tremor Time about hour and half total. I replaced the passenger side seat cover in late 2023, so I had experience doing the same procedure.
@BroncOh Thanks for the great info!! Was there an issue with your heating element or just replacing it since you had it apart anyway?

Heating element was working great still. The adhesive is not reusable though, and a new one is cheap, so I just ordered a new one so I had all new parts.
I figure this is going to be a consumable (seat foam) and may have to do this procedure every 3 years, depending on seat/driving time.

great post thank you. I have seat issues as well it feels like the left bottom section is now lower for some reason.
I assume your speaking of the driver seat, and with that assumption sliding out of the seat tends to break the bottom left down faster.
Was this in person from them or online? I'm looking around & everyone is wanting a grip for just the cover. Mines cracking in the back left corner from sliding in & out.From Fairway Ford:
