After a 17.000 mile trip I looked at my radiator and found a few bugs I was thinking about getting a screen or a protector of some sort but I don't want to install it and find that it effects the cooling. So I call on my fellow travelers and ask what y'alls in put is ready go.

Maybe some sort of custom cut screen material would be easier and for the long term cheaper (even as you replace it). You might need to pull off the grill for some deeper thinking and planning. Or even buy a pull-off grill for the mods to see how much work would be required. 10,003 ways to skin that cat.

You can get a very large mask:

FIA makes a bug screen, I don't see it blocking enough air to cause a problem.
