I bought some stuff to start washing my truck with the 2-bucket method and plan to clay and grab their touch-up for yearly re-application. I guess we'll see how the hydrophobic properties hold up; that'll determine my maintenance routine.

How does the Carli High and LOW mount steering stabilizer feel? My installer advised not to get the lower mount as he said it creates a “dead” space feel or something like that , and insight?

Is it pretty simple to remove that chrome strip from the power-step? What all is needed to get it done?

Super easy - remove the end cap (two screws, one on the underside, on on the back), pop it off and it'll expose the end of the strip. Grab it with a set of vice grips and rip it off. Reinstall end cap. Literally took 5 minutes to do both sides.

Amazing. The stabilizers cannot create a dead-spot. The only thing that can create a steering dead-spot is tie-rod roll and over-under adjustment in the gearbox. The shock in on the steering cannot exaggerate this. My truck steers stupidly well considering I'm on 38" tires.

Ordered 4/20/2021, Estimated delivery window 8/12-8/18 - truck showed up 2 days early. I've posted it in the 2022 thread and another thread i started where I compared this fully-optioned lariat to a Base-Platinum. I ended up choosing this rig as I LOVE the Lariat Blackout package.

It came in yesterday morning and I got the call it would be ready by 3pm. I showed up in an UBER at 2:58pm to find all the salesman drooling on my new truck; it was the first 2022 they'd received.

What offset on the 20X9 EVO? Any Trim work needed with those and the 38’s with the Carli 4.5?
