Looks like you got the beach to yourself! What area is that? We'll be heading to the coast next month.
It’s Surfside TX. We usually drive down far enough that we’re past most people.

Just got back from the San Juan mountains, did the alpine loop.

☝🏼 this guy's got good taste. 😎👍🏼

I'll add my new setup. Just getting it dialed in now that it's finally here. We took it up to the Eastern Sierras for the 4th and tested everything out. Since then we've been working on storage, interior layout, amenities, a broken fridge (thermistor replacement), and a bunch of other small stuff. So far it has been an incredible camper and we're looking forward to using it in the coming years.

What's the clearance between the camper and the top of the cab? That looks very close.

Went out by myself into the backcountry up in Wyoming. Had a great time, but learned real quick that these bed tents suck. I had to unpack the back every time I wanted to setup/take down the tent. Ended up raining and it was just a pain. Since this trip, I learned that I wanted to do more of this type of adventuring, but that I needed a roof top tent so the bed could be used as normal. Found a strong Putco rack that works with my Truxedo sentry tonneau cover, so I’m very happy. Just waiting for it to arrive and start building the setup for the future trips

Took the long way from silverton…corkscrew, hurricane, California to camp at animas forks, then off to engineer the next morning👍🏻
Did you do Engineers Pass with the camper on the truck? How did it go? I saw the TFL video with their Tremor/FWC a while back and been thinking of going up Engineers as well when I pickup my camper next week in Golden.

Yessir, did all of it with the camper on🤘🏼
My buddies behind me were on the radio, “dude! Your camper is doing the boogie woogie in the back of that truck!” 🤣
It actually did a lot better than I was expecting. Sure would have been nice to have the trail steer that’s in the 23’s😔

The Brotherhood of Firefighters with Poor Financial Decision Making! :ROFLMAO:

It is. I actually am working through an issue as I think it is just barely contacting the glass sunroof on bumpy dirt roads. It does not do it on the highway or streets, but we noticed it while offroad driving. The install was done according to OEV install specs, but something is touching somewhere. Whether it is the glass I don't know yet and there are no scuffs or anything on the glass. That said I may try to raise the camper with either some horse mat or plywood.

Just got back from the San Juan mountains, did the alpine loop.

Curious....

Is the alpine loop doable in a full size tk towing off road teardrop?
