Other Rides

Not sure how you all do it with those nice-looking other cars and rides. There is some serious cash involved in some cases. Good for you. I love those pictures. Keep them coming. Here is my other "vehicle" ... :p Ha, my Tremor is an only child. PS: I am an ultra-runner .,..

Now all you need is a 100.2 bumper sticker to go with those Hokas! 😁 (I photograph ultrarunning events.)

Lol says “idk how you guys can afford two cars”, posts picture of truck with $200k sunk into it. Hahaha. Nice humble brag.

My other car is a 23 Tesla Model Y. This is my daily. My Tremor is also getting a Supertramp, like the above picture, but it’s a designated “adventure vehicle”. FWIW, this car has 10,800 miles on it and it’s cost me a total of $158 in charging.. my commute is 52 miles daily but charging at work is FREE!

If I were own a car, that would be it.

I LOVE it, it’s such a fun car to drive. 100% the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. I wouldn’t want to only own an electric vehicle but for my uses it’s perfect.

Yeah for driving short distances or commuting to and from work it would be great. A person down the road has an older gm electric car, can’t remember the name. He drives it daly and has solar at his house. He said it’s been problem free. Pretty cool seeing this technology take off.

Yeah, honestly even for long trips it’s fine. My parents live a few hundred miles away and it makes the trip without a thought. And honestly Tesla chargers (at least here in the NE) are all over the place so range is never a concern. I also carry a full array of chargers and adapters so places to charge are almost everywhere. I actually carry a really cool 50ft cord with a plug that plugs into any NEMA 14-30, 14-50, or 14-60 outlet and then into my Tesla charger let’s me nab power from a dryer, stove or welding outlet, I also have a TT-30 adapter and a L5-30 as well so basically any campground or marina too. Rambling story short owning a Tesla can kinda make you Geek out on power.

Oh and it’s the best fly fishing vehicle EVER!!!! It’s got a front trunk that’s got a waterproof liner for my wader and boots so they don’t stink up the car lol. Sorry. You can tell I really love it.

How often do you have to get new tires... For your feet? 😎

1975 Corvette. Owned 30 years. Originally an L-48/speed car. Now rocking a 496 cubic inch big block, custom 3x2 EFI and 6 speed Tremec T-56 Magnum. Built, not bought. :ROFLMAO:

A new addition since getting my Tremor last month. After investigating the idea of repurposing my old side x side to have an enclosed cab and a few other features to make it more winter & snow plowing friendly I decided replacement was the better option. My new Can-Am Defender Limited showed up last week!

Since old & new SxS were both too tall for my 22' enclosed trailer, I added a new 24' box on wheels that I absolutely love back in August that's tall enough to hold one and long enough to take it plus my Polaris 850 and probably my friend's Can-Am 500 all at once, since we've talked about a camping/trail riding long weekend several times.

The new trailer is what re-kindled my desire for a new HD truck and probably led to my buying my Tremor. I threw ~1.5 tons in it and towed it with my F-150 and for some reason I kept hearing Bono singing "She moves in mysterious ways..." as I meandered down the highway, not sure why. 🤷‍♂️

911 sticks are becoming hard to get ahold of! I was watching out for a Gentian Blue S in a manual and when it appeared I moved very quickly to bag my unicorn!!!
That’s the key. You have to be ready to pull the trigger. I don’t want to settle on something, so when I see THE ONE, I have to jump on it.

Picked up a 23 GX 460 last month before the V8 disappears. Icon Stage 3 and tires so far. Waiting on the rest of the goodies to arrive.
Love the gx, but that Heritage 200 series in the background gives me all the feels. It was a 50/50 toss us for us between a Heritage edition and the Tremor. Hoping to snag one in the beginning of 2025, but if they continue to appreciate at 15k a year, Im going to be pissed!
