Any update on getting it back?

I need to make a dedicated post about the complete shit show that is my insurance company.

In short, I've been trying to get the adjuster or her manager to respond to email, text or phone since it happened about a month ago.
They sent me a $10k check the week after without putting eyes on anything more than a handful of photos.
A day or two after that I got a letter stating they wouldn't be covering any accessories, citing specifically my factory ordered spray-in bed liner, and my hard roll-up tonneau.
No word yet if it's totaled or not. Just storing it on my dime and still making payments.
Back to the adjuster, I called again today (eighth time) and her vm said she was OOO for the week and another adjuster would return any calls. So I left a vague but pleasant message. Sure enough an hour later I got a call back.
Shortening a shortened story that got long again. She never actually noted or submitted the receipts for the bed liner or tonneau, and I now have the attention of her boss and her bosses boss.
