Yesterday after work I installed the new 20 Super Duty headlights by Morimoto. They weren’t suppose to be here till July but lucked out and got them way earlier. Not a terrible install at all took about 3 hours. Biggest pain in the a$$ part was removing the lower trim piece of the grill other than that quick and easy.

Those look really good - congrats! After coming from an F150 with halogen lights that were downright awful, the factory LEDs were a must for me this time, and I’ve been very impressed with them thus far. Glad to see there is a stellar aftermarket option out there now, too!

Oh man!!! Those look great!
If you don’t mind me asking, did you go through Morimoto to get them? Or a distributor like Headlight Revolution.
My XLT Tremor really needs some of these!
Im a cheapskate though and kind of waiting for the hybrid version to come out.
Hopefully it’s not to long

Are they cheaper than oem tremor LED's?

Love them! Been looking at them, my only regret in ordering my truck is not getting the leds. Can’t believe you got them already! Really looking forward to your feedback on the difference from the halogens.

Those look great! Post a night shot when you have a chance. What did they

I went through Morimoto directly.

Low and high beam tonight. These things are awesome you could about just drive at night with the DRL’s on!

Where did you order them from, straight from Morimoto? Even more expensive than the 2019 version $2200 msrp

I'm curious as to how you removed the lower grill. Lots of Youtubes, but nothing much on this.

It’s a pain in the ass. Option 1 get two people one with a long screw driver to reach down between the radiator and grill to push down on the two silver tabs (there’s two on the left and two on the right near headlights) while the other uses a trim tool on the outside and gently pry working your way from one end to the other. Option 2 one man show small screwdriver and a trim tool there’s a little slit between the upper and lower grill where you can just see those silver tabs gently push down with one hand and trim tool pry with the other. Not much help I know but best advice I can give you. I broke one silver tab during the process but it is still strong. Oh and it is going to snap, crack, and pop like it’s breaking but it’s not just the unsnapping.
