Finally! He is home! 2021 Carbonized Grey 7.3 Lariat

Hey all, first real post after creeping here for about 6 months. I ordered my Tremor on Oct 28 2020....Finally pick it up today! 6 months and 1 day later. Traded in my 2017 Ram Power Wagon. Couldnt have picked a worse day to go get it due to a monsoon all day, but gotta do what ya gotta do. Little about the truck....2021 Carbonized Grey, Lariat, Ultimate lariat package, black out package, 7.3 gas. Love the looks, the controls and drivablitly will have to grow on me....(Not going to lie, I really liked my Power Wagon.)

beautiful. I hard ordered a Carbonized but after getting dicked around by the dealer for months with no VIN# I found the same truck on another local dealer's lot in Agate Black. I love it but keeping a black truck clean is a full time job.

Why do you make the switch, if you don’t mind me asking?

Well...Ive been a Ford guy all my life, bought the PW because it fit my needs better than a Raptor at the time (and no dealers would deal on Raptors then). Was very happy with the PW until the rear driveshaft seal went, no biggy, but the Chrysler garage broke my driveshaft when changing the universal and I had to drive a loaner for 2 months until they finally put a used driveshaft in because they couldnt get a new one. Not the PWs fault but got me looking.... I like the looks of the Tremor much better, I liked the appeal of the 7.3 and was offered a better trade in on the Tremor than on a new PW. So that is pretty much the quick and dirty! (But I wouldnt be opposed to buying another PW, as I do think it is slightly more offroad capable....dont hate me, I still bought the Tremor!)

Nice Color!! Your F250 will have a firmer ride than the PW. From what I have read the suspension on the Tremor is the same whether F250 or F350. Great if you are working it as you are getting a extra heavy duty F250. If you want the super soft ride you will not get the soft ride of a non-Tremor F-250. I had a 3500 Ram and traded. At first I thought perhaps was not the best decision but after 1500 miles I am glad I traded. 7.3L gas gets the job done and no future diesel emission issues

I had a couple of really nice Dodge Trucks in the past. The latest were when Ford had the 6.0 Diesel or the 5.4 Triton. In 05' my Dodge 2500 had Factory Sunroof, Navigation and Power Running Board. Ford's didn't even come close.
