WANTED Looking for '11-16 6.7 PowerStroke owner in Austin TX area to test fit prototype locking fuel caps on. $200 cash

I'm looking for an owner of an '11-16 6.7 PowerStroke pickup truck (not cab and chassis) to verify the fitment of my locking fuel and DEF caps I've been developing for '11-22 trucks. I've already verified '17-22 trucks, hence the reason for this post.

It will take less than 3 minutes and no damage will be done to your truck. I am offering $200 cash for this.

The fuel door will be opened, and my caps will be placed onto the OEM filler necks, and the fuel door will be shut to make sure there's clearance. The fuel door will then be opened and my prototype caps will be removed and you'll be on your way with $100.

Prefer to meet at the Cabela's in Buda. I'm in the Austin, TX area. If you know someone in my area with a truck that meets the above criteria, please forward this info to them ASAP.

Tried this today and got a funny look. None of the local pick and pull places have this truck either for some reason.

Just gotta distract them with a decoy lead. I've went on many test drives by myself because they happened to already be working somebody else when I got there.

Just in case it comes down to this part, we’re in RR. I don’t think he’ll mind the part about using his truck - but I imagine his hectic schedule may mean it’s hard to know when he’d be down south of the city. My prediction.

I replaced my entire fuel filler nozzle and have the old one in hand. You can have it for free if you still need it. Its from a 2012 f250. Hell, I also have one from my 2022 F250 if you want that one also.

Thank you. I already have the filler necks for 11-22, but I need to actually test on a 11-16 truck with the fender pocket/fuel door clearance.

I’d honestly just walk up to someone, show them your product, and ask to see if it fits. You’re not having a lot of luck any other way.

I've done that. People don't want their truck touched or think you're a tweaker.
