I climbed out onto the antenna array to the right to install lightning rods.
Apparently they have added some antennas since I went there.
Been to a couple buildings in Atlanta but I don't think they were taller. Done a couple silos at a cement plant here in Holly Hill that top out at 260' and I had to ride the spider crane from the ground up with the wire and then nail it on the way back down 6 times, 30 minutes ride to the top. I want to scale a 1700' Midwest tower before I get too old 😎

Look, I only scaled a 45' chimney today. The 40' ladder was only 4' short and I only had to throw a rope through it to tie off to the a/c platform on the other side. I only had to then use said rope to spider up into the chimney shroud and then find out I am 2" too tall to turn around inside it. So I had to stick my ass out the end while holding the rope in order to get my self turned around twice. That is all the work I did high today. Besides scheduling.... 🤷

My dad sent me a vid of the tower techs and asked if I would climb one. He was trying to "scare" me. That video is what put the tower on my bucket list. He still thinks I am crazy for the things I do daily 🤣

Full disclosure, it's not the height that scares me, it's having a thunderstorm roll up while I am at heights.
