I - tasty, has the rye bite to it
II - tasty as well, but had a sweeter finish to it
III - first one I've tried finished in a champagne barrel. Gave it a little drier finish, not as sweet.

I enjoyed II the best, wife liked III (she only tried II & III, I know better)

And now, we head off to dinner. Will be great spending time with the kids, but scheduling around some of their retail work hours is a pain. This guy has been up for work by 4 for the last 23 years, so earing at 730
