FORD TRAILER TPMS CAMERAS YOU ADD TO YOUR BUILD

I contacted my dealer several times to see what is up with the camera. The parts manager tried forcing me to accept a 2018 camera with another customers name on it and his vin #. I'm still angered by it and finally emailed the sales manager on 1 1/2 weeks ago with no response so now I'm requesting a refund. I feel very uncomfortable that it has to go through the parts manager. I'm dealing with a lot of stuff on my plate and just want to end this situation. Its been 12 weeks ago since I received my truck. This whole ordeal with this dealer has been miserable.
I feel your pain man. I've had bad experiences with a number of other dealers and salesmen and that's why I stick with my go-to guy ever since. I can call him today on Easter Sunday and he would answer his phone. They don't make them like him any more. I have a feeling there's a real supplier problem with the camera kits so we may not get them. They just need to be straight with customers and get them reimbursed quickly with an apology and a smile to make it right.

I’ve had more problems with this dealership than anyone who ordered a Tremor. Allocation problems, being lied to. I waited 149 days from the time I put my order in until I received my truck.
I was glad to get it and pugg to those bad feelings aside until that scummy parts manager lied to my face and said it was sent to him for me by a 3rd party vendor. That this is what Ford does. The thing of it was it had a shipping label on it from 1/18 and the box was opened. Plus other men their said they have one got me but it was someone else’s and caught them in a lie.
I bought my truck for just under 100k$ so that’s not what should have happened. I bought my wife a 2020 Mustang convertible from another dealer and could have gotten the truck with less hassles from that salesman who wanted to order it for me. I was loyal to my salesman but look back at everything now with regret.
Live and learn my brother. Learn from others as well. Have a blessed Easter my friend

I ordered my truck June 2020, picked it up October 2020, and the Trailer Camera/TPMS came in December 2020. I had to pick it up from the dealer, but my sales guy had it on his desk, it was unopened, and had my VIN on it.

The box is in my garage for now, don't know what to do with it. I ordered for the TPMS, don't need the camera persé, as I have a Furion wireless camera installed on my trailer.
Does your wireless trailer camera display on the dash screen of the truck? I have a wireless camera on my ATC camper and am patiently waiting for my 2022 Platinum Tremor to find out.

The Furrion wifi cam only works with its monitor which fits neatly face down in the dash tray when not needed. You just pop it up or even put it in your lap when you use it. The main downside is that the monitor needs power from the ciggy outlet. The wires dangling are my main beef although I wouldn't mind saying bye to the monitor too.

Yes same gripe I have, my camera is Bluetooth to a separate screen. I’m hoping it will connect via Bluetooth to the 12” screen as another camera view.

guess worse case scenario is to get the cable to attach between track and trailer camera and possibly their camera.

the one currently on my ATC trailer is great picture and can hear my wife saying little further or stop.

My winch arrived at the dealer a couple days earlier but the trailer cam/TPMS did not. My salesman is taking charge of getting this ironed out. I told him I don't have my trailer yet so no burden for me and he said he'll stay on it with the parts department to get it expedited if possible. Craig Bowes at Pearson Ford Zionsville, IN is the best there is.
Well high fives to Craig Bowes and Pearson Ford in Zionsville, IN. He said he would stay on this until he had the right response and Craig called me yesterday to say my Trailer Cam/TPMS accessories had arrived at the dealership. He is holding them at his desk until I have time to pick up my truck. I don't know what's going on with the factory and getting these items to the customers but Craig was able to get them expedited and to the dealership in 5 days. The dealers out there need to step up their customer service if you ask me. It's a real shame to read some of these horror stories some customers are going through to get what they've already paid for.
