Does anyone have 4.30 gears in a single rear wheel dana m300 f350 ??
Is or was it optional ? 23 and newer only .thank you

It's a Sterling 11.6

So what determines that ? The 4.30 gears ?
Mine has the dana m300 and want to switch to 4.30 gears
I went through hell trying to figure my truck out. I have a 23 F250 Tremor upgraded rear. Some have the sterling 11.6, others have the M300 11.8. I have the M300 with 3.55 gears. There's 2 notches at 3 and 9 on the case if it's a 300. If they're not there, it's a sterling. The 300 comes in DRW with a 4.5in tube. The SRW is a 4" tube. Both I believe have 14 bolts. I don't think anyone has a lot for the 300 so, you'll have to either piece it together or find a shop. You'll also need a new carrier break for the 300 I believe. Then there's the spline count. It's been a minute but, it was a pain in my ass figuring out my configuration from Ford and I said screw it, I'll stick with the 3.55s for now and see how they do.

Thank you very much ! Finally someone with same thoughts as mine .the 22 and older f350 drw had the m300 but different spline count/ sized axle shafts .23 and newer all srw f350 with any heavy gvwr upgrade would have a sterling 11.6 or dana m300. 2022 was last year for the dana m275. I have a 2025 f350 with 3.55 with ho 6.7
I wondering what gear options and axle a 7.3 gasser could be optioned with
Thank you

For the record, I told @All_Out_6.7HO to write that 🤪.

Your front will be an M235. The Dana 60 is no more. However, my ball joints are for a D60. These trucks are puzzles you have to piece together to find out exactly what you have. Gassers.....I know nothing. 🤣

Already swapped the m235 out for a dana 60 front with Detroit locker .
2025 f350 platinum .
the m235 is built strong but no locker options
