Black Friday 2026

I'm eyeballing a 3d printer for the family. we all want one so it's going to be joint present this year between me, my wife, and our son. Should bring some enjoyment to everyone. Looking to buy once cry once though. Thinking Bambu Lab H2C.
probably one of the smarter things to buy. infinitely useful and capable of generating income.

How are these different from Amazon ones for less than half the cost or these?

100% go with MAXTRAX. They all work great until you actually use them. We exclusively sell MAXTRAX. We have used them quite a bit. They're not single use like some of the other brands.

That being said, I haven't used them on the Super Duty. If any of the ones on the market could survive a Super Duty, MAXTRAX is the one.

Maxtrax have gotten so expensive. I remember when they were around $300 and I thought that was outrageous. I guess if you need them and have them they are priceless

Costs have gotten expensive. Our aluminum is up over 100% in the past year. I believe we're about 2.6x what we were about a year ago. Hopefully this is short term, but companies can't be expected to absorb these increases.

MAXTRAX is a pretty legit company. They began as enthusiasts. I have met the original creator and he is the real deal. Some companies dilute their company to make a buck, MAXTRAX is not one of those companies. They still make a great product. If you want reusable traction boards, they are really the only choice.

Nice set of Oracle lights

I have an old Creality 3D printer and I'm thinking about upgrading to a newer Bambu Labs printer as well. It is something fun the entire family uses and a good learning tool for the kids.

Rhino USA makes nice stuff. I have no need for these. If I did, not sure I would spend twice as much for a piece of plastic.
I am a "top-tier" type of guy and would rather spend the money for high quality built in the USA over "Chinese crap" and call it a day. If you can afford your truck, you can afford to buy, and should want to buy, a high quality USA made product. Just my 2 cents.
Exactly...only the best for me and money is never a problem ;)
You’re praising the exact type of equipment you were just lecturing everyone about avoiding.

Rhino USA is “Chinese crap.” Their business model is slapping “USA” on Chinese products and selling them to unsuspecting Americans. A sort of litmus test, if you will 😂

I have a pair of their soft shackles. They were gifted to me by a Jeep owner. They work great for pulling Jeeps off of snowbanks at the mall when they get high- centered 😆😂😆

1 - I never lecture. I state my opinion and you can take it or leave it ;)
2 - you've been riding my ass for quite a while for BS stuff. You need to get over it!

Love my Bambu P2S. Been printing like crazy. Too much fun.

Has anyone ever told you you’d make a great politician?

You need to stop allowing me to live inside your head...it's having a negative effect on you :p

Yes...I have been asked to go into politics but have decided I don't want to have to deal with demorats and all of their ignorant BS ;)

How easy is it to operate and learn the software?
So far I have only printed available files in Makers World, but have made minor modifications to some of them (enlarge/ reduce size. Seems easy enough so far. I have yet to design something but am eager to try and make something from AI by just using an image to create it. As far as ease of use, it is super simple. I was a little intimidated at first. Literally printing 20 minutes after unboxing it. For example. This file was for a 1 7/8" ball hitch. Basically went into the file and changed the size in MM to make it for 2 5/16" instead.

Thanks! I would love to play with one of these and may look into my options in the near future. My wife is heavily into XTools laser "stuff" and making some amazing things that are fun to watch.

I got a Bambi P2S last Black Friday and it’s been great very easy to use, lots of stuff in Makers World to print and fairly easy to import files from 3rd parties. It’s the filament that gets spendy getting different colors and types to print different things.
