Anyone else use their Tremor as strictly a pleasure vehicle?

Those of you that live in the snow & salt belts - anyone else park their Tremor for the winter? I purchased this beast on October 29th and have a whopping 139 miles on it. We bought it for a pleasure vehicle to pull our 35' Winnebago. We live in UPSTATE NY - we have other 4x4's as commuting vehicles but, I'm looking forward to April when the snow melts to put some miles on this beast! (especially after I saw the video of IRON MAN cruising in his new Platty!). Love this forum! Love my TREMOR!!! ??????

Here is my daily driver, and pix clearly explain why I got rid of a perfectly good F150...no clearance, and no torque like bad assed Tremor. No chains to get to my cabin.
Snow was 12" fresh, on top of terribly crusted crap with sugar snow underneath. Loaded truck box, full cab, maxed out 14' trailer and SXS.

Are you concerned at all that the warranty will expire well before the mileage? Sometimes I feel that these things go bad from under use as well.
The 2 vehicles I traded in towards the Tremor had relatively low mileage. The pilot had about 20K miles after 5 years and less than 1000 of that was in the past 2 years. The Titan had less than 50K after 16 years of ownership. I feel the Tremor will also suffer from low usage but I hope to be at 36k miles at 3 years just to make sure the bugs are all worked out before the warranty runs out.

Buying mine to do it all. It's two miles of not the best dirt roads to my ranch. Add snow, ice, mud and other unpleasantness, and that's what it is for. Not to mention a long way into town on icy roads. Plus tow my fiver.

I am in the area of SE Wisconsin with lots of salt and other corrosive material on the roads, Thanks local town plow guy!!!!!!! So I try and Park my Tremor all winter, If I need to use it wait until the roads are completely dry. I have others to drive in winter. All my towing and trailers are mostly spring/ summer so it can sit and stay nice. I did the same thing with my last 1 ton truck and when I traded it in on the Tremor I got top bucks for it.
This is exactly what I plan to do in Minnesota. Wife wants me to trade in the 2007 F-250 6.0 , but I will not. It's a perfect vehicle to drive during winter, and keep the Tremor parked in garage. I will only drive it when roads are dry in winter!
Upon delivery, my dealer will undercoat my Tremor (not the rubber bs crap)

I purchased the 8 year extended warranty when I purchased Tremor. It will be a parked “GARAGE” Tremor for the next 2 winters. We are headed southbound to “The Villages” after that . We will downsize to just two vehicles when that happens. The 2019 4x4 that I drive daily is just short of 19 months old - and I have 45,000 miles on it. (I have a LONG daily work commute). The Tremor is my retirement vehicle and tow vehicle (Winnebago 35’). I wanted to spare my beast from road rash and excess mileage. (When I start it on the weekends I LOVE that it still has the new car smell!)

Bought mine to just haul my camper I have a company car to drive black and forth to work and normal just use the wife’s car to run errands. Guessing I will put about 6000 miles a year on it.

No salt or snow here and my truck still sits in garage most of the time.

700 miles on it since October. Usually take it when I go camping or do "truck things'. Daily drive the Lincon...

Same here.. towing✅, speed✅, super fast✅, and throw the family in and let’s go✅. Weather only effects the fast ones.

Mine basically is, I bought a work truck 1 1/2 years ago and I mainly drive that during the week now. The Tremor is for trips and running around. I will say even my wife likes taking the Tremor on trips over her Lincoln. Just a commanding view and awesome highway cruiser.

yea i drive my truck every day and pull my 36 foot fithwheel toyhauler around i am lucky it does not snow in south florida

My truck hasn't moved since Saturday. Ive been working from home. I have only put about 8,000km on since October. I find if i head anywhere in town i take my Carolla since my trips are short. Been about -17 to -25 in the mornings and hate starting it to take it 15 mins into town.

So right now my truck is more of a driveway ornament unfortunately.

Similar to a lot of people right now I'm not driving much, but the Tremor is my daily driver.
