Tasca used to be great, until they jacked up their shipping prices.

I suggest you to to RockAuto. Get all eight wires with the suffix-c. Then you are done with this for a long time. Otherwise #2 will fail one of thee days. Just do it and be done.Again, I have them sitting in my cart at Tasca, but they don't offer much for quick shipping options. www.onlinefordpartscatalog.com has "expedited" shipping but now I'm not in as much hurry, so I'll get a second from the dealer (i'll push for warranty, but if I gotta leave the truck with them, I'll get my own) and then order the rest from wherever.
Yes, the plug wire and not whatever that other thing is. Ha! all eight installed in about 15 minutes and I kept the six other perfect ones for spares.I think you meant WR6167 right?

I was confused looking up 6161.. haha
I have used RockAuto and FairwayFord for parts ordering and have been pleased. I have not checked Fairway for plug wires though:
I am probably that a$*! hole. Just ordered 4 Tuesday morning. They were showing 5 in stock at that time but couldn’t bring my self to buy them all. Will buy 4 more when back in stock.Had em sittin' in my cart and planned to order the 4 they had after seeing what the dealer had, but some arsehole beat me to it and they're gone!!

Opposite... 1-4 on passenger side, 5-8 on driver side (unless you have a right hand conversion truck like @Pompey ). 1 and 5 are at the front of the truck. Also, what's the cylinder #s on this??
1-4 on the driver's side
5-8 on the passenger side??
Do you mean you have a fouler on rear 2 plugs each side or just rear most spark plugs each side? I would definitely think that could cause a misfire moving the electrode further away from the combustion chamber. Just curious are you burning that much oil to need them?So I've replaced 6 and 7 but still have #7 MISFIRE and misfire on startup. Also moved coils around on that side, no change. 2 new C wires on 6 and 7. #7 original wire had a small black spot on the rubber inside the shield.
I have spark plug foulers in the rear 02s. Wondering if that's an issue. they've been on for 800 miles.
Rest of the C wires should be here tomorrow, but that's for the rest are fine.
I would check the plug on #7 if you haven't already... Wires are definitely the obvious first choice, but could have damaged plug that is just now rearing it's head.So I've replaced 6 and 7 but still have #7 MISFIRE and misfire on startup. I wouldn't think fuel would just target one cylinder. I was thinking a damaged ground strap or center electrode on the plug that is finally creating an issue. That happens from time to time right from the factory and isn't caught since the engine operates fine initially. Could have been a dropped plug or damage from installation... Who knows...That was a thought, I did things in the dark last night, but I plan on checking them too. What about bad fuel? I get it at the same station for years with no problem, but who knows.
It shouldn't because plugs are generally only torqued to like 15-18 ft. Lbs... That's barely above hand tight with a screw driver.i wonder if the porcelin cracks has anything to do with the plugs being taper seat instead of having a washer. but no matter the cause ,cracked plugs doesnt seem good
