HOT! 2027 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

I’m considering ordering an F350 Platinum Long Bed Tremor through my local dealer. What has been the current length of time from ordering to delivery? I realize there are a lot of variables, but I’m trying to get a ball park idea. Thanks.

I ordered mine July 31st, it was built September 29th, marked as shipped the same day and has been sitting in Kansas City for 1 - 2 weeks which is only a few hours away from my dealership. When I spoke to my salesman, he said that they really don't much more, if any more information than we do. The trucking companies supposedly don't even schedule delivery with the dealerships, they just drop the vehicles off whenever, and sometimes even overnight and leave the keys in the key box. Having said that, my initial estimated delivery date when the order was first placed was early November. Since the truck got scheduled a build date or built, it has shown a delivery date between 10/13/2026 - 10/19/2026, so I guess I can't really get to upset as it is still not "behind" schedule. Its just frustrating when the truck is built, ready, and just sitting so close with a lack of real information.

All that being said, I am sitting at 2.5 months after ordering with no truck delivery.

The answer is, it depends. Depends on what you order, where you live and how backed up Ford is, but three months seems to be the average per Chat GPT. I ordered mine July 10th, it was built August 23rd, shipped September 22nd and still hasn’t arrived as of today. I was told by the dealer that they hope it’s here this Thursday, but this is the third week in a row they have told me that. It’s been sitting in a shipping yard 20 minutes from the dealership for eight days now.

Just curious about something... when you look at the order tracking website, does it show the "Last updated" field to change every so often but nothing else changes? Mine has shown date changes a few different times over the last week or two in that field, but the estimated delivery dates do not change, and nothing else does either. Kind of weird.
