2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

Means end of production. Where they try and fit in last few Job 1 trucks.

Can I safely assume that if I’m not scheduled before this date, this will be my scheduling date? Or can/do Job 1 trucks get pushed into Job 2?

Ok, so now my 11/13 build week truck has a date of 11/13 added to its “In Production” status on the tracker.

For those following their 2024 builds post strike, here’s the order of events and timing and what you need to check and watch for.

About 7 days prior to your build week, start checking your tracker for your tracker going into “In Production” status without a date next to In Production.

Once you see that, chill and don’t waste your time checking for 7 days.

7 days later start checking for you modules. Once they show up, about 12 hours later your truck will get a date next to the In Production.

The date will show up after the truck is rolling down the final assembly line.

22 hours later your truck will be built. While rolling down the line, check your FordPass for a battery connect to turn on the modem.

So here’s the sequence.

1). Goes into “In Production” on the tracker 7 days prior to build day. Start checking Monday before build week.
2) 7 days later start checking modules. They will show up exactly 7 days and a few hours after the In Production first show up on the tracker.
3) 12 hours later or 7 days and 16 hours after first going into In Production status you will see a date added to the In Production tracker status. This occurs after it’s actually on the final assembly line.
4) 16 to 22 hours later (depends on the assembly speed rate that day) the truck will roll off the line. (This has not happened for me yet)
This is a great post/timeline. Thanks for sharing.

apologies if this has been asked before, what impact to going to production does "Limited Availability" have? F250 Tremor, Lariat Ultimate, 6.7 HO diesel, with 5th Wheel/Gooseneck on order placed 9/5, order confirmed with Ford to be in "green status"
If it's already scheduled for a week, then you don't have to worry about this is my understanding. If it's still waiting be scheduled for a week, i.e. Platinum on the list is exchausted, then they will not schedule a week until there are more allocations for it.

This is great. I fully plan on using all of these. I would only add that the window sticker should be available the day after seeing the tracker say "In Production"

Anyone have a feel of what is happening with orders confirmed around mid September? Have a 9/13 Oder Confirmation. Haven’t got the 45 day update. So 60 days out and nothing. Looks like TugBoat above got same. Is there a one eyed man amongst us😃😃 who can decipher our plight?
Granger Order - Non-Tremor, Lariat Ultimate, HO, 250, Pref 19.

I think the HO is holding you back. Isn't that on the constraints for this week?

For what it’s worth, I’m Granger as well. Ordered 8/31 and am still unscheduled. Pref 19 as well. No HO engine tho on mine. Wondering if they took orders for both job 1 and 2 when the order banks opened.

I ordered a F-450 Lariat on 9/16 and haven't heard anything yet. Not high output. I thought Lariat and below was a Job 1 but not sure. January build would be nice but not sure what to expect.

Modules started showing up for my build that was scheduled for this week (11/13) and has been "In Production" since last week! (Lariat Ultimate with HO)

Most of us currently scheduled were either roll over MY23's or early orders from when the books first opened in July. With the constraints on the F450 and the Lariat trims, along with late Aug/Sept orders, I wouldn't expect to see those scheduling this soon. The strike pushed back the initial production and disrupted much of the communication/scheduling from Ford. What I have been seeing is those trucks that had been scheduled prior to the strike, i.e. parts already on hand/available, are now actually being produced. This has nothing to do with Granger taking job 1/2 orders, just the constraints and scheduling process from Ford.

Mine is a Granger order. 250 platinum 7.3 non tremor. Scheduled for the week of 12/4. Well, it was scheduled 10/16 and then got bumped a couple times.

BCE stuff just started showing up on my XLT Tremor.
I’m now almost certain that the module data shows up BEFORE your truck enters final assembly. It’s the As Built config that will later be loaded into your truck. Doesn’t mean the truck is alive. Just that it’s about to enter final assembly.

Extremely important note for those with Platinum orders.

Platinum orders REQUIRE optional 22 inch wheels. Nothing will get scheduled with standard Platinum wheel at this time. Get this changed asap at your dealer.

Unless it's a tremor, I'm assuming?

Well I just got a “Your Super Duty has Shipped” txt message from Ford. 6 hours ago Ford Pass was not active and status was still “In Production”.
This morning it’s Built and Shipped and I have Ford Pass but can’t activate because it’s in Transport Mode. No Built messages. Everything happened very fast at the end.

This is for a 11/13 build week that first went into “In Production” 8-1/2 days ago on morning of 11/6.

That’s awesome! I still have not received a message that I am in production but the tracker shows that I am!!
