2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

Your drive was not much shorter, I guess. I remember heading East on I-80 from San Fran to Denver and it took forever in comparison doing the same trip from San Diego.

I like long drives and will take it slow and try to stop here and there. I haven't had a day off in a while, so that whole trip turns into a bit of a mini-vacay. Maybe I can even find a friend who wants to join me.
Hearing San Diego seems a lot further! It was a pretty great drive even if the Sunday drive was more than 12 hrs just to get home.

What did you get? Photos?
Platinum Tremor. One from in front of the dealership. And one between Winter Park and Steamboat Springs in Colorado on the drive home at sunrise.

It's around 1,800 miles give or take for me. Interstate driving is kinda relaxing except for the larger metro areas along the way + once I get into California coming from Vegas. That is always a shitshow - especially, once I get closer to Riverside/San Bernadino.

I look at it from a semi perspective. The trailers aren’t unhooked from a truck. Drivers make money burning miles.
If it was loaded, drivers leaving. If he needs to reset, sleeps 10 and wakes up and drives 10 hours and is there.
It’s not even a full shift for a semi. At most he may have one other delivery. But that can still be done same day.
Keeping my fingers crossed. I think I will make the cutoff for my exclusive Ford cash reward dollars. Now, if I can make the business travel to the East Coast on Monday work in line with getting the truck on the way back - that would be like Christmas :)

Nice truck and thanks for the photos! I am in San Jose as well and should be getting mine within the next 1-2 weeks, on rail car in NM as of today.

Long wait but totally worth it! Picked it up today after waiting over a week from railcar lot to dealer. So happy!!!
Congrats and a great looking truck! Definitely looking forward to mine when it shows up! Is that Black or Antimatter Blue?

All my dots disappeared. I guess that probably means it shipped as that’s consistent with what others have said happened..

Where is your dealer located? Curious due to what appears to be short shipping time! congrats!

Darkened Bronze, depending on light can look black, gray, blue,or brown really like it.
Awesome! Looks great!

I couldn't tell from the lighting. Love those colors that become multiple colors depending on the light. I've got Antimatter Blue scheduled for next month and I hear that's another one of those versatile type colors. Enjoy the ride and be safe! Looking forward to hearing some updates on how it is overall for you

Anyone else with a built date of 3/7 or earlier still not have a shipped date? 10+ days to ship a truck seems like a lot.

Assuming it shipped as it's saying order confirmed. 🤞🤞🤞. Guess we'll see tomorrow or Tuesday.

Yep, that's what mine did - all dots disappeared then the next day it was marked as shipped. Good luck:)
