2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

Anybody have an eta for when it gets on the rail car to California? I've read elsewhere it's about 2 weeks to Washington so have to figure about the same to California. I just need it by mid April...eta is march 11 to 17th.

Mine took 10 days from KTP to my dealership north of Sacramento. I would consider that the minimum time frame. You’re probably closer to the Benicia rail yard though.
 
Ive been watching my build all week and of course My truck will probably be built on the last day, Sunday. No modules populated yet. LOL

I just checked my modules are populated. My build week was 2/26
 
Just checked with Granger regarding the delay notification and if they could identify any additional detail why my order is delayed, but all they see in the system is that the truck is at an offsite location. Then chatted with Ford and did not get any additional info either, but their system still shows an early March delivery to Granger (~March 8th).

Same boat. Was told March 4th delivery date. Friend of mine was chatting with someone about it and he claimed that they are sitting at the KY speedway. Apparently there is a bunch of them. Like 10k or better. Cant verify that just what I was told.
Ford chat seems to know nothing about it. They just claim still on time for suspected delivery date. Gets aggrivating not being able to get a strait answer. The chat lady told me last night to call 1-800-334-4375 and they might have more answers. I have not had time to do that yet. Hard to make phone calls at work.
ford chat also said it was at KY2 which I assume they are calling that the storage facility.

Congrats! What time were you notified? Also, what was your priority code? I have a very similar build minus the winch. Ordered 8/11... still waiting.
 
was notified @0743 Mountain Time this morning - priority code 10 we've been sweating thru all the limited availability of 6.7HO the 5th wheel prep, etc.
 
After Ford Chat gave me the same canned response you all have seen this morning, I reached out to my dealer (El Cajon Ford) about potential delays to Super Duty production/shipping, and the salesman (Bobby Morales) blew my mind with his responsiveness and feedback. He responded only a few minutes later and shared the below screenshots from a system that shows the location of my truck, the various steps it has gone through, and if there are any active exceptions to my build.

Bobby has been awesome to work with so far. Just throwing that out there for anyone interested in a new Ford.

Do you know what system they pulled this up in? I see third from the bottom "Plant Quality Hold" which is concerning to me...

I don’t know what their system is. I asked about the hold. He said it is fairly common and not cause for concern. If I’m interpreting it correctly it has already been released back to Ford. He expected next week for it to be on a ramp or rail car.

man wish my dealer would do that. He just keeps telling me no news and Ford chat still says next week arrival What are your truck specs?
