Did you go through Granger? Also, do you have the 5th wheel prep? Thanks and congrats!

Best of luck, I know the stress of waiting sucks. Actually wasn't expecting it this week either.

I did order the 5th wheel prep, but since I can't get to the sticker I can't tell if they removed it. I ordered from Olathe Ford in KS.

Still no sticker, but I my order looks a little weird. The pictures show the Carmelo seats which I requested, however it says black onyx interior. It also doesn't mention the lie-flat seat option that I ordered. I guess I will be calling the unresponsive sales staff.

I noticed on the link at the bottom of the email you can look at features there as well.

So there are several concerns regarding this situation…the main one is always the fine print - what is the ultimate cost? I always laugh when people say free money. The company (Ford) is not in the business of handing out free money - there is always a catch. You probably have to enter into a contract for a length of time to get this free money through financing in which the company gets its free money back and then some. This is where early payoff can be legally penalized since you signed a contract. We didn’t get the amount needed to make this purchase by being foolish with money issues so we will look into it, but with a skeptical eye. And I see the irony in the fact we are throwing a large chunk of change into a vehicle with diminishing returns on value. Ultimately it’s why I asked the question on what to ask and how to ask for the rebates/incentives to see if they work for us.
P.S. for the ‘no penalty for early payoff’ crowd - that is surely true if in the document.

Same thing with mine on the interior color. I emailed the very responsive staff at Granger and was told that I did have the Carmelo. The tracker does show max recline in the accessories section on mine though.

Thats called a prepayment penalty. Ford does not have this nor does most banks.
I love buying vehicles and working dealers. First and foremost, CASH IS NOT KING. A dealer WANTS to finance you. If you come in paying cash and bragging about cash. You will not get the best deal. Talk about finance, even if you have outside financing. Listen to them, let them drop there shorts on price and then finance if extra rebates. They will also make back end money on the interest rate. If they think theyre making money on interest, theyre going to drop the price a bit more as well. Then let your bank handle the refi the next day.

Once you get window sticker compare to what you wanted ordered and what actually got ordered…the people who input orders make mistakes sometimes…this can be rectified if caught early enough and the change is not on the constraint list…power running boards added back in on mine, for instance…

I feel like it is just a quirk on the order screen since the picture is correct.

If you go to the tracker page and open the Interior section, do you see "Unique Platinum 40/Console/40 Dark Marsala Multi-Contour Leather Seats". That was the MY22 optional color and was replaced by Carmelo. I think they just never updated it. The official name of the Carmelo color is Black Onyx/Carmelo and I think they are just sloppy. I would be concerned if you don't see "Max Recline Seats" in the accessories section though.

Mine shows the max recline seats in accessories section along with the black onyx/Carmelo however I am still 13 days away from my 1/31 build date so window sticker is not released yet Maybe later today or tomorrow I will see it.
