I agree with this. I was 289 of 583 on this run. And I plan on going through a very detailed walk through. Plus warranty. I’m not worried in the slightest.
The only thing I found on my truck during my inspection was the weatherstripping on the bottom of the cab(that seals both door bottoms) on the passenger side was loose. The little clips(about 5 of them) hadnt been pushed into the holes and it was hanging...very obvious. I just pushed the clips in and looked at the sales man and said "your all's PDI process is really shitty, what else OBVIOUS am I going to find" and he just kinda stood there with his mouth open like "holy fuck our guys suck"... This was after he took me over to see it in the wash bay and I had to point out about 9 points where it was still nasty with some kind of black grease, tape residue, etc...
I checked the door fit as there were reports of bent doors. Mine were fine or at least fine enough I didnt notice anything.
All doors opened and closed, tail gate opened with the button in the cab and on the tail gate, windows all rolled up and down, rear window opened and closed.
Only thing I wish I had done was drive it because immediately after leaving the dealership I noticed the steering wheel was off to the left about 10 degrees(my 22 was this way also) and I would have either forced them to get it aligned real quick or give me the 140 it costs at the local 4x4 shop(im 3 hours from the dealer)... Im guessing they would have thrown it on an alignment rack and said "Look its in the green, in Ford's spec, nothing wrong"... so whatever. Ill take it to my local guy to do his magic which will probably include adding some caster.
When I bought a 2019 Corvette Z06 they tried to deliver it to me with etched water spots EVERYWHERE. I told them "this has to be polished out, it cant just be washed, if you cant do that let me know and my detail guy in Dallas will do it, but its about 1k bucks". Their detail manager came over and was like "wtf, this is fucking terrible, we can fix this". I had to stay in Houston a night because he said he couldnt get it done by end of the day. They gave me a rental and bought me a hotel, dinner and breakfast. Next day the car was flawless and the detail manager said he worked on it himself and gave it a coat of some kind of wax also. He told me that he has tried to get dealership management to let him work every Corvette that goes through there, but its to time consuming i.e. to much $$$$$ so they hope nobody notices.
