2 inch Billet wheel spacers for a 2024 Ford F-250 Lariat Tremor 7.3 gas pickup truck.

I tried several brands, ending up with some really expensive ones that are “made in America” and they still didn’t fit, ended up doing the same thing you did and machined out about .002 and now the rear one’s fit. Seems crazy that no one is making a wheel spacer that fits our trucks.

I think the stock rims with the 2” spacers look great!!

I’ve got a stock tremor lift, a 2” added lift and 2” spacers with stock rims and 37x12.50 tires.

I've had hubcentric spacers on my lifted Volvo wagon for right about 100k miles now with zero issues. And that's on a car that uses wheel bolts rather than studs, gets daily driven, goes on long road trips, and regularly gets bounced around off road.
Needed a bit more than a centimeter to comfortably clear the front calipers when I dropped down to a stock 16" wheel from a previous gen XC70. Ended up w 15mm on the front and a longer bolt, and a 35mm on the rear that bolts to the hub and accepts OEM length bolts thru the wheel.

Hubcentricity is key so they don't shake shit to bits. Otherwise they're not really that different from multi piece wheels. ...unless they're so absurdly wide they're able to put significant additional leverage on hub/axle bearings.
 
I'm running 1/2" on my rear wheels just get them closer to even with the front.

Currently still running stock studs. No issues to date.

Not sure I’d be taking spacer advice from someone who can’t use a torque wrench properly 😳

Never in my life have I seen someone “jimmie” a torque wrench like that.
It was more about the explanation of the difference between the axle types. So that people can save a trip to the machine shop....unless that's some place you really like going to! 🤪

This guy loves bubba trucks and has had wheel spacers on almost everything he buys. Pulls a huge camp trailer around and always changing trucks.

They had to buff the paint off my rear hub to get my new wheels on. Super tight fit on the back, fronts were tight but not that tight.

I know of two people that ended up in wrecks when front wheel spacers let go. and two lawsuits followed.

Drive axle is "fine".

Steering axle - Never IMO
What was the case filling? state, plaintiff, defendant ? Are they multimillionaires now? It would be interesting to see how they determined fault. That would be a good read.
