Tremors in action

Getting dusty ?

Howdy folks, finally get to join in on this thread...
Hauled a real load for the first time this weekend, put the mini X, quad, and saws into the new dump trailer and headed to the ranch. About 10k lbs, 2 hours each way.
Real stoked on the weigh safe hitch, it made dialing in the load proportions an easy task. My journey included twisty canyon highways and grades, rough old mountain roads, and logging trails. And I have to say the Tremor handled everything with ease and comfort! Averaged over 15 mpg!
And I used my dealer installed winch! Had to cut down some 120' beetle kill pines near my shack. Used a 250' rope, snatch block, and the winch line to keep my distance, and was able to tension the trees as needed to pursuade them to go the right direction while I made my felling cuts. Worked real slick, using the wireless remote.
Getting back home, I knew it would be a 4 wheel drive situation getting back up my steep gravel driveway with a load. Turned the knob as soon as I left the highway, throttled her up, and man she powered all the way through the switch-backs without hardly spinning a wheel!
I can't get over how impressed I am with this truck!

Best photos I’ve seen a tremor on a work site. Nice old Dolmar
You obviously know your saws. That’s been a damn good saw, runs real fast, and I’ve cut a lot of wood with it. Friggin gas cap broke in half when I went to re-fuel, hope I can find another one....

Here’s a video... After I complete the wedge cut I’m putting more tension on the line with the wireless remote to the winch. Can’t get in a hurry during the crux of the task. Sure is nice seeing the back cut upen up as the saw approaches the center of the tree.
