I also cleaned off where the F150LEDs raptor lights were mounted. Placed new tape on the lights and reran the wiring since the grille and lights were off. Looked good until this morning and one already came off. So these are trash and I am frustrated with myself a little bit as I should have just ordered another brand and taken these off and replaced with something else. Oh well, live and you learn.

Buddy, your truck looks great! Glad you found what you wanted. The lights are legit!!!

@F150LEDsMatt any ideas? I would rather not have to take this all apart to take these out.

Sweet upgrades!! Very impressed!😎
How involved is it to remove the grill and headlight assemblies? About how long does it take?
I have a wiring project that will require their removal.
Do you have to have the headlights readjusted after they are reinstalled? The dealer recently replaced both LED headlight assemblies under warranty due to the delamination problem and unfortunately I didn’t realize he would keep it until those and a few other issues were taken care of, otherwise I would have R&R’d them before they were replaced so he would have had to readjust them as part of the replacement.
Keep up the awesome upgrades! It’s a pleasure following your path to the ultimate Tremor!👍

Thank you for the kind words, im just trying to achieve a clean look.

All in all the headlights and grille took about 2.5 hours to remove and replace. I actually fought the black shroud material below the headlight the longest. After doing it once id prob be able to reduce it to 1.75 hours a second time. I was taking my time and being careful not to break anything or scratch my truck.

Also after watching a few videos on the morimotos i found they came pretty dead on as far as adjustment out of the box. And I can confirm i didnt have to adjust, they were right in line with my factory settings.

Great info! Thanks!

Use some silicone...I had the same issue

Use some silicone...I had the same issue
I had to email them about a "ambient" cup light that was defective and mentioned the fails of the Raptor kit and they sent me some silicone. I just havent had time to attempt it yet.

Yeah I did that without asking them...no failures since doing it.

Do you have upclose pics of how it looks with silicone?

Had a little time at the hotel(out of town for work) and knew id be bored so I brought some little projects haha. I got my OCDplug screen protector on,kinda difficult to see but its on. And before the rain came I was able to get my black out ford vinyl decals on(kjm enterprises). They dont match up 100%. No matter how I positioned them there was a little blue left showing around the edge. Heat gunned it to get them to lay down and try to stretch some but still doesnt completely cover the blue, so while I'd hoped this would be a permanent solution to not having the black package emblems it looks like im going to have to order those after all. However, i love the 2024 F150 black emblems so ill probably wait to see if those possibly fit as replacements for my existing.

I was going to take the 6.7 Powerstroke badges off, but after I got the drivers side Powerstroke badge off and about half of the glue a damn thunderstorm showed up and i had to retreat before I got even close to putting the new ones on. Sigh, so now i have a ugly ass drivers door for the moment lol.
