Just joined and finally getting around to making a build thread for now. I'll add stuff later but just wanted to at least get this going.

2022 F-250 7.3 Gas, non-tremor lariat. 3.55 gears, Black Appearance Package, Lariat Ultimate Package, Heavy Service Front Suspension, Vinyl Floors, UTT Cameras, Roof Clearance Lights, Rain Sensing Wipers (turned these off). But what made me jump at this truck was that it was front bench seating with heated/ventilation as well. Haven't seen may like that, was looking for a dark grey but the silver looks great as well (great price and great trade in value on my TRX). Few things I've added since I bought it, February 2026 with 95,xxx on it - bone stock, solid service records. Joined this forum as I found a lot of useful information on here when I was looking for a Super Duty. Looking forward to learning and upgrading more!

Previous Trucks:
2021 Ram TRX - level 2 packages - stock otherwise -57,000 miles on it - traded it in for this F250 (loved the power, speed, sound but didn't love a lot of everything else, also extended warranty denied claim on heater core because the lines got clogged and they don't cover plugged/clogged lines etc... didn't have much faith in warranty if the engine or trans blew after that)
2016 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro - stage 3 supercharger, king 3.0 coilovers and 3.0 triple bypasses - headers, re-geared to 5.29's etc ... a bunch of other things, the works essentially. 499 whp at the wheels on 37's

As it sits now: updated 4/6/26

Paid off - 4/28/26

Wheels/Tires:
Toyo Open Country A/T III 295/65/20
OEM Lariat 20 inch gloss black wheels
Ordered:
KMC Impact FFT - Gloss Back - 18x9 18 mm offset
37x12.5x18 Toyo RT Trail

Lighting:
Front:
Baja Designs - OnX6 40 inch curved driving/combo light bar
KD Fab - BD OnX6 radius light bar mount
Rear:
Baja Designs - S2 Pro Dual Reverse Light Kit - swapped sports for pros

Suspension:
Front:
Accutune Fox 2.0 remote resi
Rear:
Accutune Fox 2.0 remote resi

Misc:
Diamondback switchback bedcover
Tint: 20% on windows - clear with 5% brow on windshield.

Suspension Update:
Order Placed with PMF last week/updated some things today:
2.5" progressive replacement coils (gas engine)
HD Adjustable Track bar
HD Adjustable 3-Link Arms
Alpha Steering System
Soft Ride Long Travel Deaver Leaf Springs (2.5")
- with new-bolts, pinion shims, and lowering shackles to have the truck sit level.
HD Draglink - off-road version
S/S extended Braided Brake lines
HD Dual Stabilizer Kit - Fox 2.0 IFP

Shocks I run accutune fox 2.0's with remote resi -- will have them shipped back and re-valved to accommodate the additional height (I'll rock my bilstein 5100's until I get them back and install everything)

Will hopefully stay with the stock 20in gloss black oem wheels as I do like them and move to a 37x11.5x20 tire -- as of now no wheel spacers but might do a 2 in -- unsure. But stoked to get the suspension sorted out!

Not the best pictures (bonus picture of hole in the floor of my hotel room)
PMF FULL KIT
2.5" progressive replacement coils (gas engine)
HD Adjustable Track bar
HD Adjustable 3-Link Arms
Alpha Steering System
Soft Ride Long Travel Deaver Leaf Springs (2.5")
- with new-bolts, pinion shims, and lowering shackles to have the truck sit level.
HD Draglink - off-road version (NOT installed, supplied a lock nut instead of a jam nut so on stock draglink still -- Trevor is sending me the correct nut)
S/S extended Braided Brake lines
HD Dual Stabilizer Kit - Fox 2.0 IFP

KMC Impact FFT - Gloss Back - 18x9 18 mm offset with a 10 mm slip on spacer
37x12.5x18 Toyo RT Trail
No rubbing, no cutting, no bumper spacers, it feels tight to the plastic piece near the cab but nothing yet.

Rides great!! Tire pressure is 65 so got to let some of that air out. Not the best pictures but wanted to snap some today.

MDDP in Butler PA did the install and everything. 10/10 Cannot thank those guys enough, all the suspension parts came with no instructions so had to wait on PMF to send them via email. Instructions aren't the best and all these parts are super adjustable so a lot of tinkering to get it right. (i.e draglink is good from stock height to 8 inch lift). 5 hour drive from NJ to them but well worth it.

Stainless works headers and redline exhaust ordered, supercharger, cam, new lifters, trans valve body next mods :)

does your vacuum 4x4 auto work?
or
no plans for needing 4x4 anyway?
Yes it does still automatically work. Thinking of taking hub covers off the front and painting the hub black just incase. I travel a lot during winter to snowboard so I’m worried that hub cover will freeze and then auto 4x4 doesn’t work and I’m screwed lol.

Gook looking truck! There are a few of us on the forum with the front bench seat Lariats. I ordered my 6 seater due to family size, but I also prefer it over the console for the extra space.

Thank you! I haven't seen too many with the front bench lariats with no moonroof, so when it popped up online I had to snag it. Took me a few weeks to get use to the height of the cup holders but I do prefer it over the center console. Love these trucks.

Recon Ultra Bright Tail Lights, painted gloss black to match the truck. Didn't think painting them silver would look good at all. Plus they match my third brake light as well. Waited 8 weeks for them. Love it.

Next on the list:
Raptor Steering wheel and Plug n Play Harness
(still waiting everything for supercharger install too).

Busy week of service.
Supercharger install scheduled 9/28 - Traction Bars arrived, still waiting on headers and exhaust.

Front/Rear Diff's, Transmission, and Transfer Case fluid changes along with oil change. All fluids have been changed since I bought it in February - Sending Sample to Blackstone to be extra safe before supercharger install.

Little delivery today --- extended length so I can get rid of the stock length 2.0's that I added extenders too. Hopefully will throw these on tomorrow if the rain stops. Also have Silver/Black Fox stickers to replace these orange ones. Just to do something different than everyone else.

Just posting here as well to keep my thread up to day
Truck is Supercharged now. I haven’t seen anyone give a real breakdown like this before on the websites I viewed while researching this.

I went to National Speed Inc. in Wilmington NC. This is my third time there. I went for stage 1 and stage 3+ on my 2016 tundra - that got to 499-wheel horsepower on 37’s. It was awesome.

I am currently on the full catalog of PMF 2-inch suspension lift and 37s on 18s with fox 2.5 performance shocks all 4 corners and new leaf spring pack. It’s a 2022 F-250 4x4 with the 7.3 non-tremor 3.55 gears that was custom order from factory. I am 2nd owner since 91,000-ish miles. Previous vehicle was a 2021 Ram TRX – so a supercharged truck is a must for me.

Anyways here are the items that went on during this build, some items I bought myself and some the shop bought (they had to buy the supercharger to warranty it).

$9,749.99 - Whipple Gen 6 3.0 Supercharger
$750.00 – Whipple Powder Coating Service – Ford Texture Blue
$638.51 – ATI Damper
$155.98 – ATI Crank Pin Drill Kit
$51.56 – ARP Balancer Bolt Kit
$94.50 – NGK Spark Plugs #LTR7BHX
$460.80 – Updated Ford Spark Plug Wires
$31.18 – Ford Manifold Gaskets
$122.00 – 5w-30 Amsoil 8 Quarts
$10.60 – Oil Filter
$199.96 – HPT Universal Tuning Credit
$2,156.00 – Stainless Works – Long Tube Headers 2.0 inches
$1,596.00 – Stainless Works – Redline Catback Exhaust
$169.00 - J&L Oil Catch Can

$16,186.08 – Total Parts
$7,488.22 – Total Labor, Dyno, and Tuning Fee
$23,674.30 – Total Cost

Baseline Engine Rating – 430 hp and 475 tq
Baseline Dyno – 341 whp and 370 tq
Roughly 20% and 22% driveline loss
After Install Dyno – 612 whp and 598 tq
If we consider 20%/22% from baseline – 765 hp and 766 tq estimated at Engine

It is very noticeably faster than my Supercharged Tundra and it’s 90% of what my TRX was (at least passing power wise). I do miss the awd from the TRX but I love everything else about this Ford. Next round of upgrades will be traction bars – I do not have any wheel hop as of now, 58-gallon fuel tank, and a big break kit – I currently do not have a front sway bar but I might add now. Extremely happy with how it turned out.

Sending in oil analysis from post 1,000 mile since install. Will report findings.

Looking awesome man!
