Have you seen a difference between the stock Sway Bar and the Carli? (Ride or steering)
I ordered mine over 6 months ago along with the Carli full rear pack leaf springs and still have not seen them.
Congratulations!!! Amazing build. You set the bar very high on how to build a Tremor. ???

Yes, I noticed a difference when going over bumps with just one front tire. Instead of the jarring movement back and forth, the truck just rides over it.
When I ordered mine back in November, the stainless steel ends on the torsion bar had the longest lead time. They were the last item to ship, but they came in at the originally promised time.
With the Add-a-packs in the back, you still know you are driving a 1-ton truck, but the progressive leafs below the main leafs smooth the ride out on all but the biggest bumps. I wanted to keep the maximum carrying capacity, so that is why I did not go with the full leaf pack.
I am having my Air Lift airbags installed today, so I will post some pictures when it is all done.

I had my Air Lift Airbags and on-board Wireless One compressor installed yesterday. I will post more of the details in another thread, but I wanted to add my pictures here as well.
I have not towed with them yet, but the truck rides the same with them at their default setting of 5 PSI. I will use them to add some rake back to the truck when towing my TT.

Did signville do your hood too? I’m in the area. I’ve seen your truck once or twice. It’s the only other tremor I’ve seen in the wild. Maybe a second one unless you have a Costco membership then it’s just you lol.

I love the build. I just added my fuels with a -12 offset and Toyo AT2 35x12.5x18. I have Firestone airbags with onboarf aircompressor and remote. I have a Cirveli (sp) ram air hood coming anyway. I'm going to vinyl parts of the hood with light gloss black that matches my blackout package. The 37s look good but man, they are so much heavier than the 35s which steals from your payload. With my 5er, my hitch pin is already close to being maxed out. Those 37s would put me way over payload capacity. I also think 37s would be so big that I wouldn't be able to get the bed under RV. I'm jealous. Wish I could do everything as well.
First, great build. I have the same truck but in Lithium. Ordered it in October, picked it up early December. I'm still waiting on parts because I didn't spec out the truck build until after I got the truck. I'm also waiting for Fox' new 2.5 DSC shock for the 2021's.
Quick question - any tire rub? I've spec'd 17" Method NV HD's with a 0 offset, and will run 37" BFG KM3s. Same lift on my truck, but for the moment, stock bumpers (though you've totally changed my mind with that ADD front - wasn't going to even think about bumpers until I saw yours). I really love it. Thanks also for the link to the Amazon emblems. I've wanted to change those as well.
Quick question for the group - is it possible to add a front-facing camera that interfaces with the stock infotainment Sync head? I'd almost prefer the front-facing to the bed camera. I've seen camera's that appear to be part of the front badge, but can't seem to find any information about them.

Yes, Signville is right next door to Woodlands Performance and Suspension in Spring. They did all of my vinyl work and replaced the 6.7L and Powerstroke badges while my truck was getting the suspension work done next door.
I do not have a Costco membership, so I do not shop there.

I ordered my parts at the same time I ordered the truck, so I had my fingers crossed all the parts would show up before or very close to the time my truck finally arrived. Some of the parts sat at my house, others were at the installers, but in the end the Carli suspension was the only thing that was delivered 1 week after the truck arrived.
I had some tire rub at full lock when going up driveways or turning over a large bump. The installer trimmed the small plastic piece that was rubbing on both sides and I have not heard it rub since.

What great timing this post is for me as my Carbonized Gray 2021 F250 Lariat with Blackout arrived to my dealer yesterday! They are replacing the fuel tank today with a 55 gallon Atlas tank and I should be picking it up tomorrow morning.
Thanks for the link to the black badges, I went straight there and ordered a set. Am planning on painting my exhaust tips too, I did that on my Raptor after my powder coated tips were pretty much destroyed from rocks chipping the powder coat.
I installed ADD powder coated front and rear bumpers on my Raptor in 2012 and by 2015 I had to take them off and had them sprayed with LineX as the powder coating took a beating getting chipped from bugs, rocks and brush.
I am sitting at home right now awaiting the delivery of my Diamond Back bed cover, a freight company has scheduled the delivery of it today.
Now I need to get some vinyl wrap material do do the tailgate handle too!
I have already downloaded FORScan and plan to make several of the mods to the dash using that, have you done any of those?

The Carli Backcountry has been fantastic when driving on the road. I towed my camper with it one time, but I had the wrong size spring bars for my WDH, so I had sway issues in high wind conditions. I have since bought 1500 lb spring bars and I added Air Lift airbags to my rear suspension, but I have not had a chance to tow with the new setup.
I seldom drive the GT350 as I purchased it early last year as an "airport" car. I did not like driving my Raptor to the airport, so I needed something fun to drive. With the Covid shutdowns, I have not flown anywhere in more than a year!

One more question. Have you checked both full droop and articulated droop in the rear to see if the airbags hang up axle travel? I don't plan to go taller with my rear suspension (than stock) but have seen a few builds with long-travel airbags. Just wondering if they're necessary to avoid the airbag acting like a limit strap. I also don't plan to do a ton of crawling type off roading, but I do use it off road quite a bit. Going to add a Four Wheel Campers slide-in unit, so I'm going to need bags at some point.
My favorite build on here! Great job!

I had them add the Daystar Cradles under the airbags, so they are not attached to the axle. This allows the bag to ride in the cradle under normal use, but there is no issue of tearing them under full droop or articulation.
As a side note, do not mention the Daystar Cradles when talking to Air Lift, as they void your lifetime warranty because they are not an authorized accessory.

Thank you - I haven't had a truck or air bags on a truck in probably 20 years, so I am less familiar with options. The cradles sound ideal - wasn't a big fan of the long-travel bags I've been seeing. Noted about the Daystar not being an approved accessory. I won't tell if you don't.

I made a bunch of Forscan changes over the weekend. The first three changes were the only ones I was planning to make, but once I saw how easy it was, I could not resist doing more. I used an old Surface Pro laptop running Windows 10 and the VINT OBDII adapter recommended by Forscan. I created an account on the Forscan months ago, so I asked for an extended license and was able to get one immediately.
The double honk was VERY ANNOYING when setting up or tearing down at a campsite while leaving my truck running, so it HAD to go! The low tire warning was also something I did not like to see every time I got into my brand new truck. The max tire pressure for my Nitto Grapplers is 50 psi, but I like to run the back tires closer to 40 when empty. I lowered the values on both axles to 35 psi in case I want to lower them even further for softer terrain.
Before I started, I downloaded the AS BUILT file using my VIN from from the Ford website.
Ford AS BUILT by VIN
Then, I saved the 25 AS BUILT records so I have them for safekeeping in case something strange crops up later. After I was done, I saved the 4 AS BUILT files I changed, so I can quickly go back and forth, if needed for service work, etc.
1. Double honk w/o key in truck (disabled)
2. TPM - Placard Front (psi) 60 > 35
3. TPM - Placard Rear (psi) 80 > 35
The rest of these looked interesting, so I thought I would make the adjustments.
4. Use front fog with high beams (allowed)
5. Use high beam with DRL (enabled)
6. Use low beam with DRL (enabled)
7. Secure Idle (enabled) This one was already enabled, but I checked it anyway
8. Chimes - Key in ignition reminder (disabled)
9. Chimes - Vehicle running with door open (disabled)
10. Chimes - Triple ding at start-up (disabled)
11. Add temp above gauges (removed turbo gauge)
12. Turbo Boost Gauge (enabled) I had to re-enable this one as the "temp above" change disabled it
13. Boot Radio Animation (#16 Ford Performance) Very cool, has the Shelby Snake and Ford Performance
14. Diesel Exhaust Filter Percentage (enabled) Mine says 0%, so not sure it is working
I tried changing my tire size to 37", but that resulted in a bunch of DTCs and a CEL, so I reverted it back to stock.
I tried adding the Auto Regeneration Control and that worked, but I was not able to add the DPF Manual Regeneration. This option must have changed on the 2021s, because the English method for adding it was not in my menus.

Very cool build. I also got my wheels and tires from TIRELINK. Those guys are awesome!! I live about 2 miles away from them. I already talked to Dana over at WPS about doing my lift on my truck when I get ready, I just need to pull the trigger and order the parts. Mine is a gasser and I’m just doing a front level so for now those parts don’t seem to be backordered.
