Tremors and Campers let's talk camping!!

This is truly odd. I've never seen a campsite where the "outdoor" space is on the side opposite the trailer door. Either you rented two spots, or this campground is ass-backwards.

I’ve seen a few that end up like that because they are trying to utilize central utilities for multiple sites. Or, like the place we are in now .. they have people parked in pull through sites coming in from both sides, I’m guessing they have people parked like this based on their rig size and how easily they could swing into the sites. Some people have neighbors with doors facing each other which can be awkward.

Went up to Traverse City this past weekend. Truck did fantastic per usual.

Yes sir! We definitely enjoy it and try to get up there a couple times a year. I've been doing a mountain bike race the first weekend of November for awhile that finishes at the campground.

What camp ground you stay at and did you like it? We are always looking for new places up that way.

Timber Ridge RV Resort. It's about 10 minutes from downtown. They've been putting a bunch of money into the grounds. I really like it because it's close to downtown but has a forest type atmosphere. Paved roads but all the sites are dirt/gravel/grass. It has a lot of amenities like a pool, man made spring fed lake, general store with some food. All sites are full hook up, most sites have cable.

It also backs right up to the VASA trail system so there is a ton of hiking and mountain biking right from the campground.

We picked up a 2022 Cirrus 820 (3k wet) to go with our 2022 F350 6.7 Tremor. So glad we got the diesel as we’re getting 16 mpg @ 65 mph on the highway. Amazing rig. Firestone Airbags (going away soon after reevaluation of the suspension). Bilstein 5100 w remote reservoirs, no issues yet.

Looks awesome. And you're killing me here. Just walked through a 820 on the dealer lot last week. I want one so bad.

3000 mile trip over 23 days

Arizona > Utah > Idaho > Oregon > Cali > Nevada > Arizona

We specifically bought this truck for these trips, and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Truck now has 5k miles and like 4200 of them are towing the trailer.

Trying to figure out a 2 week trip while the kids are on winter break.

Got my Shocker. Very impressive build quality.
That air bag looks really stout.

It will be a few weeks before I post a road review.

You might note that the raised ball mount has wings that sway bars can be attached to. I didn’t order the sway bars but did get the ball with the wings just in case.
