Oh I just noticed you have the Anderson hitch! I'm highly contemplating getting one for my next trailer. Do you like it? Does it work as well as they claim? Any issues with it? Is it easy breaking down and hooking it up? Sorry for so many questions, just been looking for someone who uses it regularly like i would. Thanks in advaced.

Essentially yes all around. It works well, especially for a heavy duty truck. I don’t know what it would be like on a smaller truck. I used the torsion bar setups previously. I wanted something without the heavy bars and gave this a go. It has worked very well and is very easy to take off. When we unhook, I only remove the chains from the hitch and leave them on the trailer frame. Super simple. Between the anti sway of the hitch and the Hellwig bar I installed, I have very little sway if any. We have towed over 2600 miles so far on this trip and it has been really nice to work with and the trailer has been really great handling. Rain, wind, big trucks going past, etc. My wife has even commented on how this setup seems so much easier for my to drive than previous.

Stopped for lunch and a meeting at the Great Smoky Mountain Visitor Center in North Carolina, just north of Georgia. Put up our camp chairs in the shade. It’s a really nice day out.

Went on our maiden voyage with the Tremor and our new Grand Design Imagine 3100 RD for a short trip in the Texas Hill Country to get some of the new camper kinks worked out. The truck drove and pulled great on the 1 hour drive.

It’s a toxic by weekend warrior love there trailers I think he did the same colors on the 2019 and 2020 models last I heard the company closed and he passed away sucks because they’re one of the best trailers out I think simple to work on and they will take a beating

I put a Four Wheel Camper Grandby on my 7.3 Tremor. This photo is south of Green River Utah.

Anymore pictures? I’ve been thinking a Hawk but the Granby doesn’t look to big on your truck.

I pulled my grand design momentum 350m for the first substantial trip with my f350 7.3. And I’ll say that I am pleased. My trip included a pretty steep 4 mile climb and I had no issues maintaining 70mph

I hit the cat scales on my trip. Total weight was 24,480 pounds. Family of 5, 1 dog, golf cart and full tank of gas.
The slip of 7440 was the truck with my 4 year old son and I with a full tank of gas.
the other slip is the entire family, and loaded up toy hauler.

I knew it wouldn’t tow like my diesels did, but I’m very pleased and I’m still within all my weight limits, which was one of the reasons I went with a gasser this time. My payload is 3849lb
