Added a new Indian a few years ago, heading back to FL next month with it then traveling with a Harley Chapter up to Nashville and on the way back tail of the dragon

I sold my 2010 Victory Vision back in May. That was a real heartbreaker and took me three years to finally decide to let it go. It was the most reliable bike I’ve ever owned. In 69k miles it never went to the shop a single time. Never failed to start even after sitting for months on end in the winter. A great guy from Toledo saw the add and came down and paid my price and rode it home with no issues. Called me up after getting home was as giddy as a schoolboy about the experience and how the bike performed. He’s been daily riding it since.

I haven’t thrown in the towel yet and still have hopes for one more touring bike. My best friend and I went to an Indian demo ride last summer and put several models through their paces. I very much see an Indian Pursuit or Challenger in my future.

Anybody experienced with the Janus Bikes, been thinking about getting back to riding and this American brand (out of Goshen Indiana) is very intriguing?

No photos yet but have 14” Carlini gangster apes, Carlini risers, and waiting on the magnum research cables and harness extension to get put on my ‘16 Softail Slim S. This little thing is a ripper but the beach bars have to go

You’re not going to replace beach bars with the sissy bars are you?

Anybody experienced with the Janus Bikes, been thinking about getting back to riding and this American brand (out of Goshen Indiana) is very intriguing?

I’ve followed Janus for several years and was once considering getting one as a bike for buzzing around town on. Their designs and level of construction has evolved tremendously over the past 15 years and I haven’t kept up very well in the last five years. If you’re into retro styling they are one of the best choices out there these days. Last I knew they were still sourcing their engines and some other primary components out of China, but that may have changed to some degree in the recent years.

Thanks, I really like their styling but I will need to check into their engine sourcing.
