It’s adorable hearing a twice-divorced retired California deputy lecture guys about 'being a man' on a truck forum. I guess since you couldn't keep a marriage from grenading, you're projecting your insecurities onto guys who just want a reliable engine. So you’re the guy that stays with a woman that’s sleeping with another guy while you’re overseas? I have heard about your type. The compromise type. The let’s work it out type! In all seriousness, I was trying to make people laugh, not trying to insult anyone. It’s the Marine in me. I commute in a Tesla for Christ sake, and most of the time, that bitch is on self drive mode, so I can care less about what fuels your car. I feel I struck a nerve, which wasn’t my intent. I’m very much an acquired taste and sometimes my smack talk doesn’t land with everyone. So if I came off wrong, Mia culpa and I’ll tone it down or I’ll head out to greener pastures. No harm no foul.

A Marine and retired cop? I'd be fkn offended if you DIDN'T bust my balls. I was a commissioned Deputy at 18. Academy at 19. College when I made detective. Retired at 30 yrs and then sold body armor and guns to LE and MIL. Got offered a position at Sig, but it was time to retire.

Many moons ago on our old cops program. I think I was 28.

Dang, I was read'n along all good like and y'all started use'n them big'ol words and stuff. I done got completely lost and couldn't figer out what ya'll was uh say'n.....dang the luck. I went to look'n for my thesau....thes......thesaur.....awww hell with it, got that dictionary book out instead, right smart of me I recon. But I couldn't find none them words y'all was a usi'n. lol. Hey man, I took it the shorts on alimony and had to give up the house, but there was method to my madness. She agreed to stay out of my retirement in exchange for the house and the high alimony. As it was, she could have taken roughly 41 percent of my retirement. The alimony payments were only for 7 years and I paid those off in three in a lump sum from some smart investment choices.
