Thinking of selling my Tremor...These offers seem Nuts!

The one buy my house is 130k that’s a deal ?
hahaha in maryland market you need 500k to 900k for a good size house here in maryland and the market is out of control my buddies house wen t up in value by 70k and my buddy who got a house 4 years ago sold and increase his value by 135k ....

Curious where you posted it for sale that dealers would be monitoring?
I posted my truck on the local Craigslist site over the weekend and received messages from 7 dealers on Monday morning. In this COVID pandemic world, they pay people to browse the common car selling websites to see if people will sell them their cars.

I have no desire at all to get rid of my Tremor (love it); however, I'm at the point that I'm semi-paranoid that something doesn't happen to my it - theft or total loss, etc. - because I want NOTHING to do with the current auto market in having to find and buy a replacement.

Doesn't make a ton of sense anyway to sell something right now at current price levels, because you need to replace whatever you sell in the same market. The exception would obviously be if you have something else you already own to drive in the mean time. And there's no guarantee that prices are ever going to go back down. The federal government has injected more supply of money into the economy than in any other time in our history. Basic economics say that means inflation.

For that much ROI in just a year, I'd sell it RFN. Then call my sales guy, get another one on the order books, go buy a used manual F30 in cash and enjoy my summer.

FWIW, everyone who owns a house looking at the real estate market right now:
Step 1. Wow! I can get how much for my house?
Step 2. Wow! They want HOW MUCH for THAT POS!?!?! And I gotta go in OVER ASKING, without ANY contingencies or inspections!?!? I'm out!

Rinse and repeat for trucks, boats, motorcycles, and guns.

The only way it makes sense to sell is if you want to downsize or liquidate.

Yeah. Finding something new that you like will be tough so selling, even for a crazy number, may not be the best idea. But if you have another vehicle and can wait a bit.....

Yeah, I'm on the receiving end of this right now with what I do for a living - and not on any part of the sales side. No one likes me. The folks on the sales side (agents/brokers/loan officers/etc) generally don't like me, but right now they REALLY don't like me. All pays the same though!

Lariat blacked out and fully loaded and the road armor bumper and mostly stock but with the 6.7 but i am in Maryland
What dealer in Maryland? I just bought a '21 F-350 Platinum Tremor in Lithium Gray last week in St. Mary's county and I will trade this thing in right now for that much money. I love the truck, but not $45k over MSRP lol. (serious question about the dealership btw)

How did they even know to make you an offer? I imagine you weren't advertising it for sale if you won't take $130k lol. My experience with Lexington Park was pretty good. They only came off of MSRP a little bit for the military discount. The whole reason I made the deal at all is because they gave me just about what I paid for my 2017 Silverado 3500 High Country (I bought it 3 years and 37k miles ago).

Interesting. Well I'll eagerly await their desperate calls lol. This is my first Ford, so I don't have any other Ford dealers to compare them to. I will say that they advertised 120% of kbb fair value and then came in and offered me straight low end kbb and claimed that that offer didn't apply to super duties. We were able to negotiate up and end up making a deal, but other than that it was all pleasant. Going back tomorrow to get a bed liner put in, so we will see how their maintenance department is. Why Ford would even consider selling a platinum without a factory bed liner blows my mind.

I will personally deliver mine from Oregon for $130K. Make that $135K so I can fly back first class. ?

For real. I love this truck. It's way better than my Chevy and it looks awesome, but I will absolutely sell this baby with 130 miles on it for $50k in profit.

Damn.....I got my platty for 86ish. If a dealer offered me 130K, as much as I love the truck, I'd be parting with it that instant.

Then I'd order a 2022 and just settle in for a long wait.
