FWIW I got stuck in 2wd but could still move only a foot or two, Switched the knob to 4H and the Hubs engaged and came right out. So something definitely sound wrong with yours.

Yup. It's going in tomorrow.

Now I gotta yank my pedal monster out before bringing it in so they don't try to blame that even though it couldn't possibly be related.
