SBF 60gal tank install question.

Morning all,

I am near Denver, Colorado and looking at the SBF 60gal tank. Who would you recommend for the install/FORScan programing?

Many members have done this themselves and I am going to do mine next month when life settles down. There are several good videos that show step by step instructions on install along with forscan changes. Just fyi if you are wanting to tackle it yourself

S&B? I am planning to do mine myself. I have watched a couple of videos and the difficulty factor is pretty low. Basic hand tools and a couple of ratchet straps. The Forscan part so far is a no-go on the 23-up rigs. The gauge will read correct, but the DTE will be off.

I did it in my driveway and it was all pretty smooth thankfully. I used two motorcycle straps with the cam buckles but using normal ratchet straps would be just fine too. With the tank near empty, it was so light I almost didn't need the straps except for convenience.

My only concern was the FORScan and after watching a quick video that concern is gone. Thanks all for the advice/info.

Swap the driver leaf spring front bolt direction while you’re in there. Will save you hassle in the future.

Did the swap on my2020, removed it before trade in, and now need to install on the recently delivered my2024…. I also understand that there is NO forscan for the 2024 yet.
