The other one is the vehicle that went in order for me to get the tremor. Honestly not sad about it.

By the way, I drive both vehicles very consciously. I am from Germany (born and raised in cologne, which is just an hour from the green hell, Nürburgring). What I mean by that is, as a German, I’ve got engine oil running in my veins. When grew up, my father was taking me camping at the track during the 24hr races around Europe (although we’d usually motorcycle there).
To me American trucks and German performance cars are the greatest automotive engineering achievements of humanity. So the Tremor is my assimilation with America and the BMW my homage to my home.

This is what I traded in for my Rubicon. Was an even up trade 2011 Shelby GT500 convertible for a 2017 Wrangler Rubicon ( new order out) I don't really miss the Shelby since I can drive it all year. The Jeep is slow and handles bad. I had a bigger supercharger, intake, tune and Steeda exhaust on the Shelby
Was fun with the top down. AND NOTE the COLOR SILVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Its "Italian trash" but hell of a track day car. Gives the Hellcat a run for the money in the 1/4 mile too. I love German cars that M4 has to be a blast.

Marvellous the strength BMW have engineered into their fabric roofs.

As for motorsport, my WRX will whip the lot of you in a motorkhana. And go pretty good in a rally. Think the M4 will get me on the circuit though.

First off, I'm a cheap ass.

This is why I own this ridiculous toy car.

You can count monthly depreciation on your hands. Insurance runs me about $40 a month for full coverage with $100 deducts. I run super soft Bridgestone RE71r autocross tires and they last about 4 years. Probably never replace a brake rotor since this thing weighs 1350#. Production drivetrain with a factory short block thats $1800 direct from GM for when the engine decides to go. Power to weight ratio of a Bugatti Veyron and handles better on the skidpad. I don't have to worry about power window motors going out, AC breaking, power steering leaking or power brakes going out. It's a great blend of motorcycle and car experience and totally overwhelming to the senses for passengers. Even 14 years later, it's still one of the best bang for the buck, performance for the dollar, and fun per unit value that you can put a license plate on in California. Still outperforms the new mid engine corvette in most every metric not related to top speed and for less money, less maintenance/consumables, massively less depreciation, cheaper insurance, cheaper tags, and with way more fun.

Very cool boat. I have a Steiger Pilot House pics in boat thread. My boat was hand built in Bellport Long Island and I had them build a few custom mods and mount all my electronics there. I visited the place a few times while being built so I got to see most of the build process and conduct changes along the way!

Everything from color, seating, bow rail style, rod holder layout, added a bow thruster, and custom electronics boxes. Was fun!

My family is from Cape Cod, I'm very familiar with Steigers. Solid boats! I actually looked at buying one out here in Washington. This is our first time ordering a boat. I run charters part-time, so there are a few mods I came up with. Duckworth has been very accommodating, and they're excited about some of the ideas I've thrown their way.

Being ass heavy and light overall means the rear end is always trying to pass the front end, particularly in turns. Couple that with soft rubber and It'll follow any lines or slope in the pavement including the painted lane markers. It's predictable once you get used to it and makes for a lot of hooligan fun if you have some room.

Thank you! There’s history & pride to an m-vehicle beyond the arguably “affordable” price against the Turbo S and V12s of this world.
Either way, there’s a many sweeter rides on this thread alone already than an M4. BUT I’d love to race every single one of them on the track, even if just for good talks!

Once my wife graduates from med school and gets me my McLaren for paying all her school loans, then I’ll beat @PapaRaptor on the track with his Italian tincan

I recently cleaned house and cleared out my Audi's. Bit heart breaking as I had so much time and love into these. Especially my B5.

B5 S4. Twin tial xona rotor 770 turbos. Built eurospec 3.0L longblock. I sold it before it got its final tune. Was hoping to shoot over 700awhp. Was doing 500 with 20psi of boost when it went to its new home

B8 S4. APR stage 2. Bagged with Accuair B8 sport kit. Luxury Abstract wheels.
