Have towed with this Cargo Trailer several thousands of miles with the 2024 F350 with no issues. Lights and Trailer backup Battery all are good.
This weekend when I hooked up and left for the Ranch I have no Gain on the Dash, and the OEM Integrated Brake Controller does nothing when manually activated.

IIRC the Gain is supposed to be listed on the dash under the trailer name ? can someone confirm this ?

Any ideas?
or is this a "Back to the Dealer she goes" situation ?

Loaded, I had about 5000# behind me and at 65-70mph, Trailer Brakes would be nice.

Using the 4 pin or 7 pin connector? If it is 4 pin I don't think you have the brake controller - but not positive I have always used the 7 pin on my campers

Obviously it's sensing that you have a trailer connected, but I don't know what pin(s) are used to determine this. My first check would be the connector to see if there is any damage/corrosion to the trailer brake pin or socket:

If nothing obvious, including the surrounding wiring, I would be scheduling a trip to the dealer, unfortunately.

all the lights check out using the Trailer Light Test Feature built into the truck, and all wiring looks good on the Trailer.

Boy, sounds like either software related or a switch failure. I don't know if the latter would generate a code but you could check that, too.

I watched a video from whiteface ford, and they said if you have a short or high draw through 12v side of 7 pin connector it can fry the module. They recommend putting the 12v on a switch.

Not sure if that’s what’s going on here or not.

Can anyone post a pic of the dash in Tow Haul mode, that shows the trailer brake gain on the dash?

I don’t have it on me but I know what you’re talking about, it shows GAIN with a scale when you’re braking. Does that thing have an electric jack or anything that could shorter the tow module?

No Electric Jack. Just electric brakes.
I have towed that trailer to Colorado, Oklahoma and Arkansas with no issue with the F350 in the past.
