I'm cleaning out my garage and I have 2 RETRAX rail kits available for Ford Superduty, 6' 10" bed. One is an MX Rail Kit and the other a XR Rail Kit. Both are new, unused and include mounting hardware.
This is for the rail kits only, no drum or cover. I had some shipping issues when I ordered the full cover and the rail kit was lost by fedex, so dealer sent a new set, but they were the MX and not the XR, so they sent another set. Then fedex found and delivered the original set of XR rails. So, I ended up with 3 rail kits and the dealer didn't want to pay to ship back the 2 extra ones and I don't want or care to sell them.

Since these are free, I would prefer local pickup in the Baltimore/Annapolis, MD area, but will consider shipping if recipient pays actual shipping cost. You can probably order the rest of the cover kit from RETRAX and save some money or try to resell these rails for a profit. I don't have the time to do it myself.
The last picture is the full cover installed on my Tremor. It works great and I love it.
