New member, 26 7.3L Regular Cab TREMOR project.

Been lurking around for awhile. Current project is a 2026 F250 Regular Cab, 7.3L, "Tremor Project". Currently working on a "Fox 2.5 HTO" issue and would like to post some info I've done on the topic. https://www.fordtremor.com/threads/fox-2-5-hto.20278/page-7

Just getting started. I do have a 2025 Tremor F&R Axles in route. Super excited to get those in and everything calibrated. Currently at the body shop getting a little 622 mile scuff cleaned up (Crap happens).

First I installed a Texas Custom leather cover and loved the feel but didn't love the fit on the backside. Opted to buy a Lariat factory steering wheel and run it for the time being.

Great project. I am kicking around the idea of ordering a 2027 F250 Supercab and doing something similar on 38s. Doubt I will part with my 2026 Tremor, but the new truck project itch is there. Wrapping up the next phase of my GX this week and will make a decision shortly.

Really cool regular cab you have there! There are a few of us regular cabbies lurking around here. I’ve been tinkering on mine since I picked it up at Granger in 25. Even though we don’t have ‘official’ Tremors, there is so much universally helpful information (and entertainment) on this forum.
