🔖 FOR SALE MVI 11.6 & M235 Axle Cover / Differential Cover MOD, with FIll Plug, Magnetic Drain Plug and Stainless Sight Glass

Are we going to want an M235 front cover option? to compliment the statement we make by wearing the MVI 11.6 diff cover...

Are we? Or is that a bit much to ask, sincerely.

Asking for a fiend. Friend, yeah, that's it. "Friend"

It's already been planned. I have a front OEM pan inbound.

I am interested in this, but I'm not sure how you can make it can work with the Carli Diff Guard?

Pretty sure you would need to completely remove the guard to access a drain plug (if it will even fit), or see into a sight window.

In theory, you could remove the guard without breaking the seal, drain the oil and refill, then replace the guard. But that is only if you can fit a drain plug between the existing cover and the guard.

Can't say for sure until I get the front Axle Cover pulled off and have a look, but I'd think all one would have to do is Bore hole for the drain plug.
I don't see much value in a sight glass on the front axle with as little use as it gets compared to the rear axle

Pulled the Drain plug on the 11.6 Axle - easiest rear diff fluid change ever.

Yes, Now that we have completed the first Front M235 Axle Cover, we know the Carli front cover can still work.
You would have to mail us the Carli Cover and we chuck it up in the Milling Machine and bore an access hole in this location.

IIRC @thatdood , you are local to DFW, same as us, were in NRH (zip 76182)

Since I’m local any option to just bring the truck when I’m ready and let y’all do the work on the front and rear?

Chucked the Carli Axle Cover in the Mill and use a Carbide FLY Cutter

That left a hell of a Burr on the back side, then finished it off with a Titanium coated 3/4" end mill and Bandfile Belt Sander

Carli makes good stuff, this Differential Guard is heavy gauge steel

My trucks brand new but as soon as I get enough miles on it to need to change the diff fluid I will be ordering these. Great work!

Check your fluid levels now - as in the past some Super Duty's were delivered a quart low.

Thank you for letting me know. I will crawl under it and double check fluid amount. Are they known for any other fluids being grossly under filled?

Might as well check the Front and Rear Diffs, and T-Case. I am unaware of anything else being low from the factory
