Made it fit my garage with the hitch still on

OP has a good idea. I do something similar to aid in parking (backing-in) my 5th wheel into the shop. Since my auto-level landing gear doesn’t have a lot of ground clearance, (about) the most I can use in the way of chocks is a 4x4. I attached (2) 4x4x16 (one for each side) to the concrete floor using Red Heads. If the chocks need to be removed, no problem: grab the cordless impact & buzz the out...for me, this method beats the wife saying (screaming), “back a little more—-a little more”....and then, inevitably, “oops, that’s back a little too far”...When my rear tires hit the chocks, I know I’ve stopped at precisely the correct spot/point.

for parking the p/up in the garage, I like a “parking laser”. I have mine adjusted where the laser’s dot is shining on the hood, right where the hood meets the windshield—- this setup makes for a perfect parking job every.single.time. ??

(edit: later versions of the parking laser can run operate solely on battery power if 110 volts isn’t available—earlier editions of the same required 110v)

great idea, I will be replicating..
