Patents pendings?

I have a few, yes but the change in name is due to a potential conflict. Technically speaking, I have seniority since my use in commerce was first. However, my patent attorney advised me to challenge it will not be cheap and claiming common law is not always a guarantee.

The wife questioned the new name "lite". I dont care if it confuses people or not. Its fasteners. If they're confused before they buy that just saves me the headache of whatever issues arise from them having purchased.
