Yup, beautiful!
Burr.. is that from idling or just freezing rain?
We were parking to see Artist's Palette at Death Valley NP and I tried to capture the sunset.
Running some easy trails in central AZ. Parked to go for a hike.

Nice shots! How was Death Valley? I want to go there and check it out.
It's definitely a must see but we don't plan on going back in a long time, if ever only because we usually like checking out different places. If you're nerdy about things we really loved the ranger led hikes, but our family favorite was Mosaic Canyon which leads you through narrow canyons with natural marble and some bouldering at the end.
Definitely only go in the winter as it hit 70 last week. We stayed in Furnace Creek and liked it. We were lucky to get a reservation last week only a few days before as a spur of the moment trip, leaving for there on a Friday morning and left on Sunday. We could have used an extra day to make it perfect as there was a few more we wanted to see, but we were content with the short trip.
