Lack of heat in driver's side footwell...I think I have come up with a solution!

Just a heads a up/ cover my a**. If you decide to try tape I’m taking no responsibility for this ending up loose in the footwell. I suggest rivets or screws but if you try tape please be careful and check it often.

Cash sent! Thank you! I will update you on the 3M tape model - but I will take full responsivity. I have a rear wing attached to a car with only that!

Depending if they changed the design on the 23s or not, I'd be interested in one when I get my truck! I'm curious to see if this was a known issue to Ford and they changed it or just left it alone.

Yes I have had a few asking but who knows on the 23s lol. I do know the F150s changed big time on the 21 and up models. Makes me think it was a known issue cause it looks much better on those new F150s.

Sorry lol. I just got into them to solve my issues with vehicles and shop life haha. Figured I would share when something works well.

Just some humor...no worries. Can you make them in plaid?? 🤣 🤣

Just got my vent deflector. For anybody interested the piece is high grade and fits perfect. Placed my order last Thursday, it was in the mail on Monday morning and arrived in my mailbox today just two days later! Very pleased with the design and service provided by @gord1895. Thanks for making this available through the Tremor forum! Here's a pic of the installed vent deflector.

BTW for you guys that are thinking of attaching with double sided tape. I used the double sided silicone tape, AKA Alien Tape, there's many sources out there. That stuff is crazy sticky and if you decide to permanent attach with fasteners, you can just run the screws right through the tape. Gave it a good tug after install and she aint coming off any time soon. Here's the link to what I bought a while back for the RV. This is a real good price. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TW8H2WP?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

I got my shipping notice today. Can't wait to get this... it's going down to 16 tonight, wish I'd seen this thread a couple days earlier!

Highly recommend the silicone tape. Works great regardless of temp, which you can't say for other two-sided tapes. Be careful if you are going with fasteners in the very cold temps, you could easily crack the plastic Ford trim if it's very cold, especially with pop rivets as they put significant expansion pressure on the plastic around the hole. You'll love it, it's a nice piece. It'll be there quick. I'm 1000 miles from @gord1895 and 2 days to my mail box!

Glad USPS has been getting them shipped quick. Looks great and I am glad you are enjoying it! I am caught up now so I can print them and ship them pretty fast if anyone else is interested in ordering. Have yet to hear anything but positive feedback. Going from without to with is an immediate difference that you can't really miss haha. Appreciate the post!

I covered this in my build thread, but this is as NIGHT and DAY compared to the OEM.

I ended up adding mine with 3M double sided tape, and went for a drive. It was the first time my feet were HOT driving this winter fast! So happy I did it!

Gotta agree with @Vermonster. This thing works crazy good! Spent today driving through 10-18 degree utah weather today including a handful of ins and outs from the truck, and man what a difference. Nice to have warm feet all day long. Using straight cost/benefit analysis, this is probably the best bang for your buck addition I have found so far. On a side note, is anyone close by who can help @Vermonster with tape cleanup on aisle 1? 🤣

Haha! I trimmed it before I stuck it, but you still can see that - when you're upside down in my foot well it shows - but other than that - can't see it. ;) However, now that you pointed it out, I need to get on it with a blade and trim. lol

Cut him some slack, he was fresh off the lift install in the garage... :p
