Help on bumper cover swap

So I plan on doing a chrome delete on my F350 Lariat the second it’s delivered. I thought about ordering the blackout package, but as someone who has the tools and ability to paint, paying Ford another $3500 bucks for matched bumpers and black side emblems seemed insane. At any rate, I bought primed metal bumper covers and already color matched them in Marsh Gray. My question is, has anyone swapped the front and rear covers and if so, are there any good video tutorials? It looks pretty involved. Not super complex, but involved. Also, has anyone had a body shop do this for you and how much did they charge?

Not sure I follow the bumpers don’t have a cover. Are you doing the whole bumper or just pieces?

The metal portions, in this case, the chrome are typically refit as the bumper cover. At least for the front end.
