Godzilla fuel injector

I have a misfire on cylinder 5 only. I have changed the spark plug (twice), swapped coils and plug wires with cylinder 6 and still showed the misfire on cylinder 5. I put my stethoscope to cylinder 6 which is always clicking. Then put it on number 5 and it clicks but stops intermittently. I assume it’s a bad injector and for the life of me I can’t find a video on replacing the injector. Any suggestions on what else to look for! And does anyone know of a video for replacing the injector? It’s a 2022 for reference.

I'm having a similar issue with cylinder 6. Taking it to the dealership since it's still under warranty and wonder if it's the injector or the ECU. I'm leading towards ECU as restarting the truck clears the issue and then it randomly returns. Changing wire and coil to new ones didn't solve it and a bad plug wouldn't be as likely to intermittently misfire.

Thanks for the video. I’m just over 100k miles so no warranty for me. Hopefully it’s just the faulty injector and not the ECU.

Its super easy to replace, I did it when installing the Whipple, you just remove the fuel rails and the injectors come right out.

Well. It’s not the injector itself. Truck runs fine at higher rpm but not at low/idle. The new injector did the same thing as the old. Clicks and intermittently stops. I’m now guessing a computer or wiring problem. Off to a professional I go.

Welp. Need a new motor. One of the lifters went out and damaged the cam and valve stem.

I just did that to mine as a preventative measure. Truck Norris cam, Johnson 2116LSR lifters, PRW Pro Steel roller rocker arms, Manton custom pushrods, ARP head bolts and PAC 1282LX springs.

It starts the lumpy idle when the cold start is over and the idle drops.

I have 5 Star tunes. I bought the cam from them because they have lifetime tunes when you buy a componet from them. It took about 4 revisions to get it running great. I would data log a 5 minute file to them and they kept tweaking it and got the idle smooth. I ordered a custom torque converter from Suncoast and will install that next week. It has a higher stall speed so that it isn't tugging on it while idling. I'm using the Whipple injectors.

Once the tune was right, they then modified the other two tunes I have, 91 performance and 93 tow/haul.
